    The only word to sum it up I keep coming back to is OVERLOAD
    Overload of life, love and legacy (family), loss and emotions but ALL in a wonderfully good way!

    I loved when Lucas was #adultinglikeaboss

    I wanted to fly to #LinksLand

    And while Ashley is all about grace and dignity, Tessa was the definition of class.

    MJ Fields is a brilliant writer! Her books are amazing! I am an avid romance reader and her books are a mix of romantic,sexy, and funny. She has a beautiful and kind heart and you can see it with all her wonderful characters. I can say I’m one of many who can’t get enough of her books. I’d buy them without even knowing what they are about. I am horrible about writing reviews because I’m caught up with reading and day to day life. This book was wonderful. Her characters can make even a sad book funny and happy. She can really make you think about situations you might not want to but she is so thoughtful and inciteful about life you can feel it in her writing. This series is one stemming from a couple others so my suggestion is you read them all from the beginning. Her characters Lucas, Brody, Maddox, Logan and Luke are so multi dimensional. I know I didn’t mention the women but they are all strong women with backbone and humor. Without giving away anything important this story focuses around many strong children and amazing parents. It is definitely sad but it’s a wonderful mix of humor and sadness. You will laugh and cry. I also think it can be read as a stand-alone but you will definitely want to know more about all these wonderful characters. MJ can’t write books quick enough for me! Buy her books you won’t be sorry!

    I would say that this probably shouldn’t be read on a S/A basis and I would highly recommed reading Her First Kiss and His First Crush beforehand.

    I must say MJ Fields know how to deliver an emotional punch to the gut that is a struggle to get up from and she delivered that punch once again with 27 Truths About Their First goodbye. I really don’t want to delve into the story but I will say that it was a story of truth, forgiveness and healing. It’s an emotional rollercoaster of a story that will pull at the heartstrings, break your heart but put you back together again.

    I was always enjoy taking a trip with these families and look forward to more in the future.

    I was provided with a copy of this book from the publisher; there was no inducement or obligation and I opted to leave a review.

    MJ warned her readers this was going to be emotional and boy did she deliver what she promised. This book is told by Logan & London, Ava & Luke, Lucas & Tessa, and a chapter from Ashely.
    Logan is keeping two secrets and it's weighing too much on him. He finally breaks down and both secrets are out. Ashley is sick and is ready to leave the world. Once the secrets out they all go visit her. Ava now understands why Ashley did what she did in the 7 years she found out she has a brain tumor. Luke has a lot of words of wisdom he gives to Ava and he couldn't be a better husband to her. Lucas and Ashley have a one on one heart to heart talk and it had me crying. He held her and was holding her hand. There were also some good laughs and sexy scenes. One in particular was a memory from New Love with Lucas and Tessa. Very hot! You'll see Logan struggle, Ava accept, and Lucas forgive and understand. But one thing is they all have unconditional love for each other and the story ended very beautifully. This book brought me MANY tears but some good laughs too. It will break your heart but mend it at the same time.

    Get ready for this book to bring out all of the emotions!! It was so amazing to see Logan & London as a married couple and Luke & Ava again! It was great to see Robert and Ashley and Lucas & Tessa together, too! As great as all this was, it was still so heartbreaking to feel the loss our beloved characters experienced!! Kleenex are needed for this one!! I DO NOT recommend reading this without at least a box of them close by!!

    Is there more than a 5 stars? Cause this one was way more! I am always happy when I get to read about Logan and London, and this made me VERY happy. I fell in love with all of these characters instantly when I read Her First Kiss. Then, I found out it was part of an extended series and I drove head first into the LRAH families. I'm still treading water. 27 Truths About Their First Goodbye is a heartwarming conclusion to one of the characters. The way that Logan and Ava surprised Ash by being there in her final days is something that every mother wants. Ash didn't think she deserved it, but love between a mother and her children is unconditional. I loved the way they were concerned that Lucas was going to have a hard time losing Ashley 'again'. I didnt cry, but my heart ached for everyone. I am very proud to have had the chance to read and review this book. It is definitely one that needs to be read! I look forward to more from MJ! And now, I'm going to travel to Links Land, again!! 💜
