About the authors
Writing's easy, they said. Just put the words down, don't worry about form, it's just a draft, they said...well, writing IS easy. I mean this bio, for instance, was written in five minutes including the toilet break. Yes, writing's easy for me.
As long as there are no characters involved. Once you create characters they start making requests. They start waking you up at night with ideas. They start having dialogues with other characters while you're trying to have a shower.
You've never really felt the pain of writing until you've witnessed a shouting argument between six angry characters inside your own head. Editing also sucks because then your characters start arguing with you for cutting their scenes out.
So, yeah. I write. Buy my books.
Italian American-Irish writer. Son to an author and a professor. Brother to an author and teacher.
I've always felt a need to read and write, even in my younger years. Raised by an American father and an Italian mother, I am the product of a hybrid upbringing, where Italian and American traditions blended and clashed. Born with a 'need to know' attitude, I let his acquired knowledge drive my imagination and stories. I'm currently writing speculative fiction short stories and developing my first fiction novel.

5.0 out of 5 stars Delightful tales
This is a lovely collection of unusual, enjoyable and imaginative short stories. They range quite widely in style and content, from fairy-tale-like to science fiction and fantasy, and contain a generous sprinkling of clever ideas and wit. Each is intriguing, amusing and has a great twist at the end. My two favourites were Coprolith and The End, but the others make for a good read too. Many of the ideas stay with you long after you’ve read them. Highly recommended.
