The pacing is a page turner and the action is non stop as these two, along with Nash's team, work to find her brother. With the drama and suspense of the story added in with the romance, the Ranger Ops series is going to be a can't miss series. My review is based on my reading 4.5 Stars!

    There is a lot going on in this story and although I didn't feel all the emotions that were running just beneath the surface, it was still an enjoyable read. Character development depended a lot on stereotyping and many of the action scenes were simply related to the reader after the fact with little to no details. Editing was clean and the author has a flowing style of writing that keeps you reading, even when some aspects become a little frustrating. IE: the brushed over action.

    This was a good read about a team of tough men who fearlessly risk their lives to protect the safety of their country. Nash was a hothead and a bit of a loner until he met Nevaeh. Both fell for one another i.mediately, but had to deal with the issue of her missing brother before they could focus on their own relationship. Great characters, both the main ones and Nash's team members.

    I love Em Petrova's books. This one is especially good! Special Ops trying to rescue an American citizen in Mexico when suddenly his sister shows up, getting in the middle of everything. Did I mention she is beautiful? Just what a hunky Special Ops leader needs to distract him from their mission, especially since he has to keep her safe now too. This book has everything. Suspense, espionage, love, death and so much more. Once you start an Em Petrova book you can't put it down. My favorite author.

    My first book by this author and I have not been disappointed. I fell in love with Texas Ranger Nash Sullivan, hot, tough as nails but with a heart of gold. This book has everything hot chemistry, devoted family, a specs ops team to die for and a disgusting criminal to hate. When Nash spots a man believed to be dead during a mission it sets him on a collision course with the mans devoted sister Nevaeh Vincent. His life will never be the same again. Nevaeh has spent so long looking for her brother that she doesnt think twice about putting herself in harms way when she discovers that he may still be alive and nothing and no one will stand in her way, not even an incredibly hot Texas Ranger who her every cell feels connected to. Can two stubborn damaged people trust each other not only to stay alive but to embrace a future together. Of course they can, it is a romantic suspense after all. But they will have a rollercoaster of a ride before they can have their HEA. I enjoyed this book, it had great characters, a thrilling story and a surprisingly hot but sweet romance. I am definitely looking forward to book 2 as well as reading her original Knight Ops series.
