    Broken Hart was so good! I read this in a day and didn’t want to stop until it was finished. It’s the first book in the series and a spin off from the Aspen Cove series. This was a second chance romance. I loved everything, the small town feel, the nosy town’s people and of course the drama. The storyline and characters were great and added in some angst made this an amazing read. Noah Lockhart and Kandra had this connection that was undeniable. An instant spark between the two. Noah and his brothers were awesome too! I loved their banter and mannerisms. I can’t wait for what Kelly Collins has in store for the next brother!

    Fearless Hart is the second book in the Cross Creek series. Bayden is one of the 4 Lockhart brothers. He is persistent and definitely knows what he wants. Miranda is the sheriff in town with a trouble past that she wants to keep hidden. He helps her to overcome fears and open up. They have an undeniable attraction towards each other. This was so good and can’t wait for the next Lockhart!

    Guarded Hart was a really good book. I thought that was wonderfully written. At first it took me a little bit to get into the story but then I was hooked and pulled an all nighter to finish. It was an emotional read for me, maybe need some tissues. Quinn and Angie were so great together, they had great chemistry. The characters are great, the Lockhart boys and of course add in the man of wisdom Max! I definitely recommend this book!

    Reckless Hart was so good! I really liked Lauren and Quinn. They had this instant attraction to each other but they fought it so hard. Fawn and Lucky were great additions too, and can’t forget the other Lockhart brothers! The storyline was really good, there was always something going on to keep you interested throughout the book.

    Terrific books! The brothers Lockhart are contractors and builders of beautiful things.
    Their reputation is one of honesty and quality. The Lockhart brothers will make you laugh; the brothers will make you wonder; and, the family will make you want to have dinner at their houses. Loved the interaction and felt the friendship. Each brother has their story and I enjoyed each one as they fell in love, married, became fathers and made me want to live in Cross Creek. Loved the series.

    Broken Hart a Cross Creek Novel
    This is the first book in a new series. Ten years ago Noah and Kandra were so in love. I felt so bad that Kandra broke Noah’s heart when he asked her to marry him and she said no that their small town wasn’t enough for her. I can’t imagine going back to this small town ten years later no job, single, and pregnant. Her ex was a real piece of work that was awful to her. Noah and his brothers are always giving each other a hard time. But when Noah sees Kandra working at his favorite bar in town, he can’t take their ribbing. The two are more mature now, but sometimes it is hard to forget the past. I was glad to see there was at least one person that wanted the two back together. There is someone in town that is cruel and wants to hurt Kandra. This was a good book that I encourage you to read. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

    Fearless Hart
    Miranda has always seemed like this woman who knew what she wanted and how to make people feel better. I was surprised to see the other side of her that she didn’t let others see. When I found out what it was from, I wanted to strangle her parents. I couldn’t believe parents could treat a child like they did Miranda. I felt bad for Bayden as he truly liked Miranda and wanted to get to know her better, but she would put him off. I liked the ideas he came up with to get to know her. Bayden also melted my heart with how good he was with his brother and sister-in-law’s baby. I enjoyed the book and encourage you to read it.

    I couldn’t begin to understand what Angie went through or how she felt. Her mother sure wasn’t a loving, caring person. Her mother seemed to only be able to lie to her. Then to not know who your father is, but need his medical information was also heartbreaking. I wouldn’t know the first thing to go about trying to find my father, and who would I trust to help me in a small town I thought I could get answers. Angie kept her secrets to herself while falling for Ethen and trying to find her father. Ethan seemed to be quiet but have deep feelings. I hated seeing what the two had to go through to find there happily ever after. It was an emotional book that touched my heart, and I encourage you to read. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

    Reckless Hart
    Another wonderful book in this series. I loved Lauren’s little girl Fawn and the sweet little dog Lucky that wasn’t “physically like all the other dogs.” I can’t imagine how Lauren felt when she moved away from her slimey ex husband Mike and he kept coming to her new place to bother her. He was such a piece of work it was hard for me to understand why she did so much to help him. I know she kept saying she did everything for her daughter, but I think she got confused about how she was “helping” him. Poor Quinn was the only Lockhart brother not married. He had a women really mess with him when he was younger and had no trust in women. I don’t know if because of Quinn’s problems from his past he was able to pick up that Lauren was hiding something. I think they both hated that they were attracted to each other. Quinn was so good with Fawn and Lucky. I loved the book and strongly encourage you to read the it. I was given a copy and voluntarily wrote a review.

    This is a really good set of stories!

    Broken Hart

    This story is a good start to a new series. Kandra and Noah were very young the first time they dated. Kandra had dreams of a life outside the small town she grew up in. With time, experience, and perspective, do they have a second chance?

    Fearless Hart - 4.5 Stars

    Oh my gosh! Bayden Lockhart is just the best! Miranda has serious issues she is dealing with and Bayden is so sweet and steady for her. Loved these two!

    Guarded Hart - 4.5 Stars

    Another good story in the series. Really liked Angie and Ethan and their journey. Angie is dealing with a lot of issues and isn't always sure when is right and/or appropriate to tell others. Her past has taught her to be very wary of who she trusts while Ethan is very sensitive about secrets.
