I am so in love with Svitlana's illustrations, especially the shadows that hint at the next animal (fun for children to make guesses) and all of the cute animal faces!     This book is incredibly well written, the rhymes flow perfectly, and the illustrations and design are all so well done. I admire the storyline the author tackled. This is a perfect book for adults to read to little one's who are trying to figure out where they belong in society. I think it would be a wonderful addition to read to those in the foster community or those who have just been adopted. Sometimes our journey to find home takes a while, but with patience, we will eventually find something that gives us that comfort, even if it's untraditional (like a lion caring for a dinosaur). I'd highly recommend it!
