    Raven is a 17 yr old whose father has recently passed and the only family she has is her older sister. Forced to uproot and move away, Raven has to make new friends and a new life for herself. Her sister is involved in a motorcycle club and has a reputation of sleeping with anyone and strips at one of the clubs the MC owns. Raven is so different from her sister and has no intention of following in her footsteps. Gage Hunter is 32 and the Prez of the MC. He meets Raven at a MC Barbeque she is the as a guest of her sister. Gage(Peaper) is instantly attracted to her. Raven and Gage have undeniable sexual attraction for one another, but Gage is fighting it because Raven is only 17 and he vows to wait until her 18th at which point he vows she will be his. This is extremely different of how he usually engages in his attraction to women and he is confused as to why he is pulled to this young lady. At first Raven doesn't want to have anything to do with the smoking hot President of the Death Dealers Motorcycle club , Sure she finds him attractive, but she's not here to be the club's whore like her half-sister, Lonnie. She is conflicted because she is unsure if he likes her or just wants what he can’t have.

She tries to stay away but her feelings are all over the place and when she starts to date someone else, he is drawn into the chaos she is creating between her Gage and Chris. This story ends on a cliffhanger.

    Ok Spoilers ahead.....you've been warned. So this is the second book I've read in this series. I have to say that overall, the story is great. Lots of time spent building out the characters and relationships. If I had reviewed this series after book one I would say near 5 stars, but after reading part two I can only give it three. Here's the problem, you have this bad a** hero Gage. He's the prez of the MC and 32 and a total alpha male. He blows people away without a worry if the need to be dealt with. Somehow this big bad biker feels he has to wait to consummate his relationship with our female lead because she is 3 months shy of 18, even though the age of consent in Georgia is 16. So they wait, and wait for our young lead to reach 18. SPOILER SPOILER!!!
    Then the day of her birthday. ...the day we've all been waiting for, she gets raped by someone with a dildo?!?! And that is the end of book 2??? Really??! Was that necessary?? Sorry, but that was the most anticlimactic thing I have ever read. Sucked. ....

    I read this book start to finish and I didn't want it to end. Yes, it ends on a cliffhanger, but you're so sucked in by the end, you know you'll be counting down the days until Tempted is ready. This is the first book of Alana's that I have read, but it definitely will not be the last!!! Raven and Gage have undeniable sexual attraction for one another, but Gage is fighting it because Raven is only 17!! Raven doesn't want to have anything to do with the smoking hot President of the Death Dealers. Sure she finds him attractive, but she's not here to be the club's whore like her half-sister, Lonnie. Gage finds it hard to stop thinking about Raven, after a month he decides to go to her workplace for a bite to eat. He finds Raven zombie-like and wonders what's wrong. Before he leaves, he follows Raven outside when she runs out. He comforts her, while she's crying and he finds the bruising on her arm. He is livid!! Who's hurting her? She doesn't tell, she says she ran into a door. Will Gage find out who's hurting Raven? Are Gage and Raven going to ever hook-up, other than the smoldering phone sex? Some people may be disappointed because this ends on a cliffhanger, but once you start reading, you will want more, more, more!! I do believe Alana has the start to a wonderful series on her hands. She just needs to write faster!! I HAVE to know what's next.?? I received an arc for an honest review.

    Forbidden: Death Dealers MC Book 1 written by Alana Sapphire is a short story that packs a lot of punch! I didn’t have very high expectations when I decided to read this book, because I felt that other MC books I’d read were very similar to each other, however, I was pleasantly surprised that this novel didn’t fall into that trap.

    Forbidden: Death Dealers MC Book 1 tells the story of Raven Alvarez and Gage Hunter. Raven has recently moved from Florida to Georgia and is now living with her sister, Lonnie. Gage is the president of the Death Dealers MC and their clubhouse is where Lonnie spends a lot of time. Lonnie brings Raven to a BBQ at the clubhouse which is where Gage and Raven meet. Gage feels an immediate attraction to Raven when he first sees her and after spending time with her, he knows that she is different from the women he usually spends time with. Gage also realizes that she could be someone more than just a casual sex partner if he wants to make that change. Raven also feels the immediate physical attraction to Gage, however she knows that she could never be a casual sex partner and that she needs love and commitment, things that Gage claims he is not interested in having.

    Alana Sapphire has written a great story about two people who feel this overwhelming and intense physical attraction and sexual connection to each other. Everything else, however, seems to be problematic for both of them. This story gives little glimpses of each of their life experiences and uses this to create a sense of mystery around who Raven and Gage truly are, as people. The writing is excellent and the story flows well. Ms. Sapphire also does a wonderful job of including interesting secondary characters in the story which add to what is going on with Raven and Gage. The sexual chemistry is palpable and has me looking forward to October 21st also. The book ends with a cliffhanger, however that is not unexpected when more than one book in a series focuses on the same couple. I am really looking forward to reading the next book in this series and I would recommend that you read it too!
