    Where Roses Lay

    Jericho has been watching Briar for some time, he knows he will corrupt her but he cannot stay away. He is not a good man, he takes lives, but he will protect hers. He was not sure he would ever show himself to her, but when she is in danger, he will step into the light.
    Briar knows he is there she can feel him. When will he show himself, she has never seen but he is there? When a man will not take no for answer, he is there light a white knight.
    There is no way Jericho will back into the shadows, she is his.

    Lilies and Lies

    Lily's father brings her to a meeting with Constantino Agosti, he knows she will belong to him, he is a patient man. When her father dies, Constantino, is there to help offering her to be his wife. She need not know what lengths he went to, to ensure she is his.
    Lily was never part of the family business, when her father dies she is not interested in running, she seeks out Constantino. She does not expect the offer she receives.
    How will Lily react when she finds out how far her went to maker her his?

    Plucking His Daisy

    Daisy was raised as the princess to the family’s empire, sheltered in a gilded cage. No one ever asked what she wanted from life, the one thing she can never have, Lorenzo Vitale. He is her brother Elio’s right hand man, her brother has taken over as head of the family since her father died. She decides the only freedom she has is choose who will be her first, so she puts herself up for auction.
    Lorenzo has been loyal to the Agosti family, now that Elio, his best friend is in charge that has not changed. The only person above him is Elio’s sister Daisy. He knows he can never have her, but he is in love with her. But he will protect her from a distance, even though he would like nothing better than too claim her. When he finds out about the auction, there is no way he can let another man buy what is his, even if it may cause the end of his life. No one will dare try to stop him.

    The Taste of Temperance

    Linden's life took a turn tow years ago, her boyfriend was driving her home when they had an accident. When she wakes in the hospital, he is gone. This helps her focus on getting better and stop drinking.
    Luca was always sickly growing up, living in the shadow of the men of his family's Agosti crime family. He received a heart transplant two years ago and had to know more. As soon as he sees Linden he knows she is his, he just needs to be patient.

    I've individually read each of these books & loved them then. I could not wait to get back into the Agosti Family again in this collection book! They are just as great now!

    This collection includes the first half of the Agosti Crime Family series and includes Where Roses Lay, Lilies and Lies, Plucking his Daisy, and the Taste of Temperance. Each story in this collection focuses on a different Agosti sibling, minus Where Roses Lay, which is instrumental in setting up Lilies and Lies and the subsequent siblings' stories.

    Where Roses Lay
    This story focuses on Jericho and Briar. Jericho is a very successful assassin who has made quite the name for himself. He is surrounded by darkness and when he first sees Briar, an owner of a flower shop, he is instantly obsessed with her and her light. He watches her for 8 long months because he feels that she deserves better than to be exposed to the darkness of his world. When he is finally in the position to make his move, he has no intentions of ever letting her go. I love how Briar was Jericho’s soft place to land and how he was her home base. They each brought out so much in each other and really complimented each other well. This was such a great story!

    Lilies and Lies
    This story focuses on Constantino and Lily. Constantino knew Lily was the one for him as soon as he first laid eyes on her. His obsession for her was instant and all consuming for him. In Where Roses Lay, we saw how Constantino went to some pretty extreme lengths to secure Lily in his web and tie her to him in a permanent capacity. He was most definitely OTT and possessive for his woman and was determined to have her tied to him in all the ways he possibly could. I loved Lily and Constantino together! This was a great addition to the series!

    Plucking His Daisy
    This story focuses on Lorenzo and Daisy. Daisy is the baby of the Agosti siblings and the only girl. She has grown up sheltered and protected because of that fact. Daisy has loved Lorenzo for years but because he was her brother's right hand man and quite a bit older than her, he has always felt out of reach. She didn’t think he would ever return her feelings so she has given up on hoping for their future. She decides to auction off her virginity but never expects Lorenzo to find out about it and to finally claim her as his. She also doesn’t expect for Lorenzo to feel the exact same way about her. I love that they finally got out of their own heads and finally talked about how they felt about each other. I was so glad when they finally got the future that they both wanted with each other. They were so great together and made each other so happy. This was a great story and a great addition to the series!

    The Taste of Temperance
    This story focuses on Luca and Linden. Linden had been on a path of self-destruction when her life was flipped upside down with the car accident that took the life of her boyfriend Dale. After his death, she took steps to get her life on track and find new dreams to achieve. Luca is a member of a very powerful crime family but had always felt like the weak link within the family because of his health. When he got the heart transplant he desperately needed, it opened his life up in more ways than one. It led him on the path to Linden after he looked into his heart donor. He took one look at Linden and immediately knew she was meant for him. He took his time letting her heal and grieve her loss while he helped make her life better from behind the scenes. He was completely obsessive, possessive, and fiercely protective of Linden. He loved her with everything in him. They were exactly who the other needed. I will say, while this story can absolutely be read as a standalone, reading the other stories tied to the Agosti family (Where Roses Lay, Lilies and Lies, and Plucking His Daisy) will definitely enhance the story. This was such a great story and a great addition to the series!.
