    This is the first book in a new series and is Camden and Lauren’s story. Camden is in the construction business and a new project is just what he needs to save his business. Camden is in town under the guise of buying a boat, when in fact he is there to buy property for a client. Lauren is divorced and the owner of the bakery, and when she and Camden cross paths there is an instant attraction between them. However, Lauren is not happy when she finds out why Camden is really in town, especially when her bakery is one of the businesses under threat. This is a well written sweet story which is enjoyable, entertaining, and with suspense, mystery, humor, emotions, passion, and love, which leads to a steamy and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

    'All Mine' by Terri Jones is the first book in her new series Hart Valley and tells the story between Lauren, who owns a bakery, and Camden, a property developer. Camden comes to Lauren's small town of Hart to buy and develop a section of Victorian houses on the main street. Lauren's bakery is in one of those houses although she only rents and doesn't own. Camden comes into town to try and meet his mysterious employer and runs into Lauren in the local bar saving her from falling. They each feel a little tingle when they shake hands but neither are in the position to pursue any kind of attraction. Will Camden be able to renovate the property as needed as needed? Will Lauren be able to keep her bakery?
    Can Camden and Lauren ignore their mutual attraction Joe attraction?

    Ms. Jones has written a fabulous book to kick her series off. The story has suspense, deceit, laughs, mystery, trust issues, passion, and plenty of heat. The chemistry between Lauren and Camden is both sweet and hot. I liked how Lauren and her friends watch out for each other. Can't wait for the next story. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of drama with their romance.

    Camden thinks he's going to put his real estate deal together with no opposition in this small town. Wrong! He never figured on the whirlwind named Lauren The attraction between them is immediate, real and explosive. Camden came from nothing, truly a self-made man. Lauren left a marriage with nothing but her bakery, to become successful. This is such an enjoyable book. There's an enemies/friends/lovers (not necessarily in that order) romance going, but also suspense with his mystery client, danger, and small-town politics. I'm hooked on the series, patiently awaiting the next book... I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Lauren is giving Camden a run for his money when he strolls into town with a new project for the town and expects everyone to be on board. Lauren is livid but the sparks that ignites between the two is hot enough to set fires. Will Camden be able to save his project and get the girl or will the battle lines stay drawn? This story draws you in and gets you all caught up in their drama!

    Great story about Lauren and Camden. There’s adventure, attraction, and animosity. There’s also mystery, suspense, and slime ballish exes. Hart Valley seems to be the epitome of small town life where everyone knows everyone and your personal business is not your own. There were some unexpected events and mysterious characters that popped up. There were some heartbreaking moments, but they were fleeting. I was thoroughly entertained by the hi jinx in this town!

    Lauren Hart is the divorced owner of From the Hart Bakery. Camden Carter arrives in Hart Valley and says he’s looking to buy a boat. He’s not looking to buy a boat, but some property for a client. Lauren and him are attracted to each other, but when she learns what he’s in town for, she is livid. I really enjoyed reading about this couple and Lauren’s friends and some of the other business owners. You won’t believe who Camden’s client turns out to be and why he wants the property. No spoilers, so grab your copy and get ready for a delightful read. I would love to read more from these characters in future books, if the author happens to write more books set in Hart Valley.

    Lauren owns a bakery in town but only rents her building, Camden is a real estate developer who is there to buy and tear down the Victorian houses her bakery is in. They are instantly attracted to each other but are on opposing sides. Can they make it work and who is the mysterious client? Great short story and author.
