Healing The Witch Of Adelaide Glen Kindle Edition
An unprecedented paranormal study reveals much more than standard witchcraft.
Dr. Skylar Santangelo does not look or operate like the typical PhD. Bargaining his way out of the judicial system, he’s joined law enforcement to prosecute any and all paranormal activity. From petty witchcraft and misdemeanor conjuring, demons and living corpses, he’s seen it all. Whether due to his own guilty conscience or a darker intent, Skylar has formulated a thesis and intends to execute an extraordinary investigation into the craft. He plans to lock himself in isolation with a witch, hoping to learn what drove her to madness. Neve Cleary is the Witch of Adelaide Glen and faces the death penalty unless Skylar can prove that she is guilty by reason of possession.

About the author

Choose your poison: Paranormal Fantasy * Romantic Horror * Dark Fantasy With A Twist
J.C. Stockli is a dark fantasy author drawn to stories that blur the line between beauty and horror, the sacred and the profane. Her writing often explores the monstrous feminine, psychological transformation, and the haunting resonance of myth. After self-publishing urban fantasy early in her career, she stepped away from the publishing world for nearly a decade—a creative hibernation that deepened her voice and sharpened her vision.
She writes beachside, where she lives with her husband and tribe. She is inspired by music, the past, and possibilities.

This stand-alone story is chilling, obscene, sexy, suspenseful and utterly intriguing with twists that keep you guessing. You'll get goosebumps. The hairs on the back of your neck will stand on end. It will creep you out.
Did I mention it's sexy?
This is one to re-read.
Bravo Stockli, bravo!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2016Great rread! JC has brought these characters to life. You feel and breathe their strengths and flaws, I could never predict what was coming next. I would recommend this book to readers who want to be left wanting more.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2016Healing the Witch of Adelaide Glen by J.C. Stockli is a book based on witchcraft and supernatural powers. This book holds your interest till the end with a well written story which will keep you at the edge of your seat.
Dr. Skylar has tackled plenty of cases involving paranormal activities. His current case is to save a woman possessed by witchcraft. It’s interesting to read how Dr. Skylar proves that Neve Cleary is possessed and hence killed several people due to being possessed of witchcraft.
This book is definitely intriguing and the characters are very well developed. I liked the author’s writing style and would like to read more of her books.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2016Gosh, I read around a hundred pages and felt nauseous. I ain't no prude, but the author's vocabulary seems limited to the four letter f word. Every sentence is filled with expletives and cursing. A guy, supposed to be doing research, talks like trash? The characters were not only lacking any depth but plain obnoxious.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2016I would like to give this book a rating of 4.5 stars because every time when this author publishes a new book, she fills her books with all of the special properties that a famous book needs. Literally, I was sweating as I was reading each page with full concentration and tried too hard not to look ahead. She has created this book so well that I have become a huge fan, and because of this, this author is now on my auto-buy list!
In this book, we have Skylar, who doesn't look like a typical Ph.D. scholar, but he has done a lot of work investigating paranormal activities. He has faced all kinds of witchcraft, and now he's going to do an even deeper and thorough investigation with a woman who is said to have killed hundreds of people. He believed that she is possessed of witchcraft. Here, witchcraft is not a woman who is practicing the arts, as I understand it, but something more like being possessed by a demon, and Skylar wants to get rid of this from the woman, Neve Cleary.
Absolutely loved this book. What an intriguing concept! Not to mention that the story is well written and keeps me wanting more. Another thing that I really liked are the well-developed characters. Certainly a must read for those who like paranormal fiction.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2016I might say this every time she publishes a new book, but JC Stockli rocks it with suspense and sensuality and supernatural. I was sweating with every page turn, trying so hard not to look ahead. If this became a series, I'd be on the edge of my seat waiting for more. So good!
