    This book is strictly for mature adults it had very graphic violent scenes and most explicit sexual content - definitely not for the faint hearted.

    Okay what more can I say is that this really became intriguing, it was good to see that the only mate can only be a witch, which is leads us to Bree Avery, the very witch who unbeknown to her that she was ever a witch. Until Davin Byrnes happened upon her.
    Davin and his brothers were put under a curse by the demon Andromalius, the curse he had set upon them was to make them sleep for all eternity, but he never counted on Josie a witch in her last breath manged to trap him in a form so that he could only posses other beings and not be able to slither back to hell.

    She had also lightened the sleep of eternity to 10 years and wake for 1 year to find their mates, but for some reason they had woken 1 year early and they had to find out the reason why?

    Davin had sensed that his mate was near and that she was in trouble, he had no idea who or what her name was? It wasn't until he was in the heart of New York and had sensed she was near, she needed him more than ever now as he needed her, the power and pain he had felt was from her, the demons were closing in on her and only he could protect her. First in order to make himself more powerful he needed to claim his mate and that is what made him more powerful the bonding of mates.

    Bree had no idea Davin was her mate?, she had no idea that she was destined for him and together they could make life hell for any demon who dared crossed their path, but first she needed to know all about Davin? and why Kaylee had turned against her?

    Cecilia Lane made all this seem so real it had the perfect panache on it and yet still gave it that mysterious feeling, it was dangerous, suspicious, exciting and hopeful. But most of all it is one hell of a ride, you would be amazed how well you can become one with the character.

    I can guarantee, you wont stop until you have finished the whole story, Well done Cecilia I wait with anticipation with the carry on of this series.

    Three dragon shifter brother's who were cursed by Andromalius to sleep but with her dying breath a witch gave them chance. For every 10 years asleep they have one year to look for thier mates. The women you can break the curse placed on them.
    One of the brothers is Davin Byrnes he was his mate when she was young and had just last her mom. He only had a day before the curse would make him sleep so he let her go. Now he and his brothers are awake and looking again for their mates while they kill demons.
    His mate Bree Avery and she knows knowing about shifters, demons, vampire and witches or they she is a witch and his mate. Surprise lol
    This has lots if action, drama, betrayals and great characters that I fell for easy. The story is so well writen and very interesting with lots of twists and turns. I couldn't put it down! If you like magic, witches, dragon Shifters and vampires with great action this is your book!

    There are three brothers, Davin,
    Quinn and Mannix Byrnes they are Dragon Shifters, living in a lair inside a mountain, that was centuries-old. It was huge, the more babies born the more they sculpted into the mountain for room, this was in the town Fire Sky in upstate New York. But they were cursed by the demon Andromalius. The curse made them sleep for ten years then be awake for one from summer solstice to the next. The only way to break the curse is for all three to find their fated mates at the same time. It had been centuries they were still hunting the demons while saving Witches and looking for there mates.

Falling to the ground someone picks her up, holds her, then takes her someplace. Not  knowing what was going on she thought she was going crazy, she knew he was definitely crazier than she was, spewing dragons and witch's yep he's crazy.
         Davin Byrnes went back to New York City that was the hell hole for demons, first he needed to find the witches. Then he'd go looking for his mate, he knew who she was but 9 years ago she was too young, a demon had takin a woman's heart and Davin saw his mate fall to her knees screaming next to her the woman. He had to get back to his lair before he fell asleep for ten years. Finding his mate getting ready to fall to the ground he grabbed her as she almost passes out, she didn't know what was happening she was so dizzy, he took her to his room he rented and try to explain to her everything.

    What an absolutely intriguing book this was. It had such a well-written storyline that flowed effortlessly and the magic seemed to just continue forever. For Davin, Quinn and Mannix it is another cycle and time to act; to fight, hunt and search for their mates.     This book wasn't what I originally thought it was going to be, not in a bad way just different. If
    dragons, demons and witches don't appeal to you then this book isn't for you.
    This is the first book I've read from this author and she does have a nice writing style, easy to read, even when the plot turned a little darker.
    I didn't really feel the connection between the 2 main characters at times and I felt the ending was a little rushed. The plot certainly continues I'm sure with the next brother Quinn and then finishing with the 3rd Dragon brother Mannix as even though Bree and Davin are together there was no conclusion or lifting of the curse.
    Overall a easy book to read.
