    I enjoyed this book so much! Cecilia Lane has written a book that entertained from the first page to the last. This is the second book in the Cursed Dragon series, continuing the tale of the Brynes Brothers and their fated mates. Lily Delaney is a witch, turned reluctant bounty hunter. Her untenable situation is the result of a selfish father who sold her and her sister, to cover debts he incurred. I liked Lily, a well developed character of resiliency, strength, and heart. She definitely isn't looking for, or in need of a mate. However Quinn will not be denied, once this sexy dragon shifter, decides to claim his fated mate. The chemistry between these two was great. A fun, action filled read. Looking forward to the third book in this series.

So for every demon she kills for Asher, she gets closer to her goal. Freeing her sister. Only in the middle of a mission, something big, wickedly handsome and has a set of dazzling green eyes lands in her lap literally. He's throwing a big wrench into her plans and as much as she loves the way he looks at her. She can tell he's going to be trouble with a capital T.

    There are three brothers, Davin,
    Quinn and Mannix Byrnes they are Dragon Shifters, living in a lair inside a mountain, that was centuries-old. It was huge, the more babies born the more they sculpted into the mountain for room, this was in the town Fire Sky in upstate New York. But they were cursed by the demon Andromalius. The curse made them sleep for ten years then be awake for one from summer solstice to the next. The only way to break the curse is for all three to find their fated mates at the same time. It had been centuries they were still hunting the demons while saving Witches and looking for there mates.

         Lily Delaney is a Witch plus a Bounty Hunter working for the demon Asher not by choice. The only reason she is, is he has her sister in his dungeon and she would do anything for her sister who doesn't have a hint of magic, her father not so much he the one who got them in this position. If she didn't do what she was told to do at the time permitted, she was punished by taking money away from her plus she couldn't visit her sister. Everything she did was for her sister, her father still was a bad man, the things he did a father's should never do. Quinn said he was her mate, he was breath taking and his green eyes were hipnotiic. With him coming into her life it was a blessing or was it a curse?
         Quinn Byrnes is a Cursed Dragon Shifter who has finally sensed his mate clear across the ocean. It's in London that he finds her. The only problem is she works for a demon, NO way he didn't want anything to do with her so he left, for about five minutes. Soon he was fighting with her but then other demons came they wanted his mate. Could Quinn protector her? How will he find her sister? Who can he trust?
         A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

    With just the right amount of action, suspense, and sexy times this book will keep you on the edge of your seat. Lily is a kicka$$ bounty hunter killing demons, unfortunately for the wrong side. When demon cursed dragon shifter Quinn finds out she works for a demon can he really take her for his mate? Quinn as are other shifters is protective and possessive and as alpha as they come. But he's also sensitive and more understanding than almost any man could be. Their adventure to their HEA is exciting and one hell of a good read.

    This is Quinn’s story about finding his mate Lily. It is an excellent, well-written book with an intriguing storyline. I really enjoyed reading the book and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

    Quinn finally locates his mate Lily, but cannot reconcile the fact that she is working for Asher; why would she be killing demons for him? But not all is as it seems because Lily has her reasons. Lily’s father, Hugh, is a gambler and his debts have fallen to Lily to pay off. Lily’s sister, Rose, has been locked in a cage in Asher’s dungeon for over 2-years, even though she doesn’t have any magic, leaving Lily no option but to comply with Asher’s wishes; it is clear though he has his own hidden agenda. Lily is a Delaney by blood, not by choice; a witch by birth, but a demon’s bounty hunter by force; she is nothing like her father who uses innocent lives to further his own desires. Quinn realises that he needs to save Rose and then claim Lily to help solve the curse; Lily would be an amazing mate, tough, loyal and fierce. Lily has already killed Zakia, but Asher has a formidable foe in her twin sister Zainab, but she is working with Andromalius in exchange for protection from Asher. Asher knew either Lily or Rose would be the mate of a dragon, but Lily wants Asher to pay for what he has made her become and what he threatens to do to Rose. Asher is planning for an ambush which means Andromalius would be planning an attack; but what Lily plans is still largely undecided. Lily needs to fight for Rose and Quinn needs to fight for his brothers; Lily would not be like her father and let Rose’s fate be determined by demons. Quinn has pushed his way into Lily’s life when her entire focus should have been on clearing her father’s debts and freeing her sister. Asher had kept Rose to keep Lily in line and now Andromalius was doing the same. Would Lily now have to choose her mate over Rose; could she even do such a thing? And what of Rose, what is it that she wants after all her time in captivity?
