4.0 out of 5 stars 78 ratings

Neha Jaiswal is beautiful and intelligent—an alluring combination—but chooses to be a recluse. What works for her is her intimidating personality that comes with her success. With no desire to get into a relationship, the strong, assertive, and hardworking Neha manages to keep the men at bay—all except one.

Sumit Conrad, a super successful businessman, is an intriguing specimen of a man. Known to the world as the good Conrad, Sumit is actually a recluse who prefers only his own company, to the exception of his brother John and sister-in-law Sarika.

When fate throws the flirt in Sumit and the furious Neha together, sparks are bound to fly.

Will Sumit be able to convince the headstrong and opinionated Neha that what he wants is a long haul and not a passing phase?

Or will the stubborn and cantankerous Neha be successful in driving him away?

Will their love make them blind to each other or to their own flaws? Will this blind love ever find its way?

“Slowly I started to create my own characters and situation, creating a world of romance and happy endings to my liking. But for my laziness, I would have penned umpteen number of stories with unexpected people meeting and falling in love overcoming the troubles and tensions in their life and finally uniting for a lifetime. Penning the beautiful fairytale romances which we all dream about is what I love to do apart from penning few verses or poems on anything under the sun. “

A Passionate romantic who loves literature and has been driven by the romance in nature and the serenity and humbleness of this universe, one who made up her own happy endings in her imagination for every movie or every book with a sad ending.

Also a voracious reader but for which she believes she never could have started writing.

“ If I can bring a smile and a happy sigh on at least one person’s lips I will feel a blessed writer. “

A lazy writer, a nutty homemaker, an impish mother, an equally and absolutely lazy, nutty and impish wife. Now residing in Fate, Texas, USA and trying to check out the items in her bucket list one after the other. Pulls in her kids and her husband into her crazy list as well.

The author magically takes us to the romantic world of Neha & Sumit. For a person not into romance books, I found it interesting to figure out the complexities of a romantic relationship. This book is a nice light read that can be picked up at anytime.

Blind, Certainly is Love is primarily a story about Neha and Sumit. Their attraction, their misunderstanding and then their union for a happily ever after thus making it a cozy read.

The plot fell flat , the author tried to make it interesting and intriguing but it felt short.

I must say I was intrigued right from the start when I saw the title. The author has come up with a poignant tale and a unique storyline, which does justice to the expectations.

Neha is a strong woman who has a terrible accident and meets Sumit under unusual circumstances. Fighting their inner psychological battles, they are instantly attracted to each other. Both the protagonists specially Neha invokes deep empathy. The chemistry between the two becomes more intense in the second half, so much so that it sizzles on the pages.

The supporting characters add to the spice and are well etched. A recommended read for all romance lovers.

Reshma Ranjan’s second book is a romance (my favourite genre) between the blind Neha and Sumit who has a British father. It’s well written with an interesting storyline and great chemistry between the protagonists. A must read if you like romances.

Haters will hate. Leave them to be.
'BlinD Certainly Is Love' is one of those books that reinstates your belief in the strange, unfathomable, unjustified, and totally unbelievable fiction called Love.
READ IT, and fall in love with your partner...all over again. Kudos, Reshma Ranjan!

If you are looking for a well written, meaningful book then do not waste your time on this one. I have read a lot of book in this genre and can say with confidence that this is easily the worst “romance” novel I have read. There is no direction in the book nor are the characters fleshed our properly. And less I speak of the grammar the better.
