What we say to ourselves and about ourselves matters. Body coaching is a 30 day program of positive self-talk. Taking authority in our spirits over our bodies and giving ourselves the pep talks we’ve desperately needed.

It’s not about will powering your way through another diet or exercise program, it’s about partnering your body, mind, and spirit together so that you can experience the breakthroughs you’ve been longing for.

If you need to drop ten pounds by Saturday to fit into a dress, this is not the book for you. But you’ll want to keep reading if any of the following apply:

  • You are done with insanity workouts (yes, they are actually named that)
  • You are done excluding food groups
  • You are done not being able to have a normal meal with people
  • You have a bit of patience for healing

The premise of our program is that, each day, you'll spend a few minutes speaking from your spirit to your body. Each day has a different topic with a short explanation of how and why it contributes to your weight, followed by an example of what you can say to your body to initiate healing.

We don't give you any rules about food although as a result of speaking to your body, your eating will probably shift a bit. The people who have already used our program have reported fewer cravings, less hunger, and eating better quality food.

You may have suspected some hidden reasons why you have such a hard time with weight loss. Maybe you blame your metabolism, your thyroid, hormones, or other mysterious factors. The truth is, so much more is going on than calories in, calories out. Many factors within the body and mind influence your weight. This thirty-day plan addresses them one by one.

Each day focuses on a different physical or emotional health component for you to talk to your body about. Tapping exercises similar to EFT and TFT are also included in the book to add another layer of body-mind-spirit connection when talk to yourself.

    "Body Coaching: Losing Weight Through Positive Self Talk" is a great read (even if you don't need to lose weight!) It is written in a kind, personable, voice that is truly conversational and easy to read, almost like your best friend is sitting down with you over a cup of coffee to tell you about this new revelation she's had. Powerful tools for a more positive mental outlook are thoughtfully served up on every page, because, let's face it, whether you've tried and failed to lose weight or not, we can ALL use some "renewing of the mind" and more positive ways of talking to ourselves from a place of Truth, rather than the usual way we try to cajole ourselves into better lifestyle choices. This book offers actual, practical tools for improving the relationship between your spirit-soul-and-body and as well as your relationship with food and exercise. Treat yourself right, even as you change bad habits by partnering with yourself instead of beating yourself up. I LOVE it!!

    I wasn't sure what to expect from this book, but I'm so glad I purchased it. It was well worth the small pricetag. The tone of the book is encouraging and kind, but the authors don't sugar-coat the truth about what it takes to be healthy. I enjoyed the book a great deal, and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs encouragement about healthy living, but who isn't quite up for the personal-trainer approach!!

    This book is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it! Will definitely put your life into perspective and how you've been treating your body. Not in a condemning way, but a 'coaching' way. Love it!

    New age vibes. If you’re into that, it might work for you. Don't let “spirit led” fool you. It might be spirits but not the Holy Spirit. Tossed in the trash.

    Body Coaching was incredible! I’m about to start my second round of reading through it. I’ve struggled with my weight and body image for years and this book helped me realize how harshly I was speaking to my body and turn that around. The entire tone was gentle though and I felt as though a close friend had come alongside me and was reminding me to be sweet to myself and my body. I highly recommend this book! It drastically changed the way I think about and speak to my body.

    I have done inner healing and holistic health for many years, I have stable lean weight yet still discovered harsh self talk as I walk through this book. While I don't relate in every single detail the content builds to address deeply held beliefs and patterns of thought and self talk that are in need of healing and maturing and truth and love. I'm still on the journey and appreciate this tool along with the flower essences.

    What hit me most was how off and on dieting affects the body. I had tried dieting so many times over the years with very little success. I purchased the book and Yellow Chrysanthemum and decided I had nothing to lose and see what happens. It's so nice not to be stressing over food any longer!

    This book is really amazing! Since I have the book and I’ve stopped just letting myself think things like “I’m too fat” or “I don’t like this or that” about my body! For the first time in my life I have started to love who I am.... and what I look like. What freedom!!!!!! I’m on this new journey of coming into sync with being me and not what media dictates.... I recommend this book to everyone who is serious about changing the way they see their bodies and making some internal changes that will have a outer effect!!! Im on my 4th day of the Body Coaching....It is amazing!
    I started eating less without trying!
    Just so aware of the gratitude that I have fir my body!
    This is so new to me!
    I’ve started jogging....(I dislike jogging... but this was so easy... like my body wanted to carry me😄😄😄)
