The Reluctant Ghost Whisperer by Neptune Flowers
It was a lovely book to read. I loved the main characters and I found some particular interest in the beginning of each chapter that was so bittersweet. A little angst that I always love in a book, but not too much that made it hard to read.

It was a very enjoyable read. It is the first book that I read from the author. I did have a few expectations that weren’t truly meet. I was expecting more horror, as this was part of a horror anthology that it’s previous installments have been perfect delivering also a little bit of dark humor, which I love. On that matter, I would like it to be a little spookier than it was, but considering it individually, it was really a fun story to read.

What I liked the most was the sorrowful emotions. The yearning felt so real, I truly loved that part. I couldn’t read fast enough to get to a point where I could know what was going on. Adam and Johnny were nice characters, but I think Adam was the one I care the most. Their relationship was so sweet, some of their interactions made me smile a lot.

It does have some paranormal elements, but I guess it wasn’t the stronger part of the book. I still liked it too and sure, there were some spooky moments, but I got more interested on their relationship than the actual mystery. Overall it was a fun book to read, surely will be keeping a track on the author.

    The Snowflake by Ofelia Gränd
This was such an entertaining read. It was a perfect fit to its creepy cover (that I also love) without being too scary that I coudn't read it, because I'm not exactly brave when it comes to horror. It was rather funny, in a dark and creepy kind of way, which is something I really enjoy from the author.

The story had some interesting characters. I struggle a little with Dylan because of his low self steem tha sometimes became frustrating, but I did get where it came from. He was really sweet most of the times, but so oblivious that sometimes I feel like screaming at him. Theo was wonderful. I loved his inner dialogue and how much of it he let the other know, with them thinking he was joking. I also loved the way he see Dylan and how much he was willing to sacrifice to show his love to him. Even though I liked both main characters. the one that got me smiling most of the time was Cat, I loved him so much, he was really fun and every scene he was on was captivating.

I liked the plot. It keep my attention the whole time and kept me worried every time I tought things wouldn't work. I had some nice surprises and I felt really interested on seeing how the piece of art was going to be put on scene. I loved the twist the book had. It was a great experience. I had a fantastic time reading it

    Pretty Plastic by Amy Spector
I had a great time with this characters. I love the dark sense of humor, a little lighter this time around, but still very enjoyable. I felt the story was a little less romantic that I would prefer and more focus in other problems to be solve. It had some mystery on it, the best of it in the last pages that made it such an interesting read.

Victor and Christopher are a couple I really liked and the moments they shared together were fantastic. I really enjoyed this two, but something seem a little off in their relationship. I still felt liked there was a lot of love in them. I felt like they spend so little time together. I loved the mystery on this book. It was nice trying to discover what was going on and I really didn’t see some things coming.

Another thing I loved about the book were the secondary characters, they were all so nice, but I was left wanting a little more of Jonathan. He was mysterious and I have a soft spot for the kind of relationship he had with Christopher. I hope it could be a little more of him in the future. Overall it was a fun book to read and there was something about that cover that I just loved.
