I didn’t join my best friends in their resolutions to get their love lives on track this year. Finding a man has never been my problem. Now, finding the right one? That’s a whole other story.

I’ve been keeping my resolution this year close, not even sharing it with my friends, and it has nothing to do with men. This year is all about me and what makes me happy. A man has never been able to do that.

I should have known the moment I decided to be all about me and not let a man into my life one would be dropped in my lap. All I was supposed to do was help Lincoln design the perfect engagement ring for my bestie, Willow. I had no idea I’d meet Holden.

Now my resolution is crumbling, but I think I’m okay with it. There might be enough room for me and love this year.

HOLDEN
The Pink Collar Temp Agency has allowed me to connect with clients and make a name for myself in Denver with my jewelry. My dream is to have my own shop and every customer I gain gets me one step closer. Still, it’s a long way off.

I learned a long time ago that women only see the sparkling things I can give them instead of me. Maybe I’m jaded, but my experience doesn’t lie. I didn’t expect everything I thought I knew about love to be upended with one client meeting.

Coral is more beautiful than any gem I’ve put in a setting. It’s a good thing the engagement ring my customer wants to design isn’t for my woman because I hate to lose a sale. She’d be worth it though.

    This was a good, sweet and steamy story. Coral is trying to stick to her New Year’s resolution by living for herself and avoiding temporary relationships with men. She was doing well until she meets Holden. Holden is a jaded man. He is tired of women only wanting him for his jewelry. His attitude changes quickly when he meets Coral. Both have some hang ups they need to get over but they were made for each other and and the pull between them is too hard to ignore.

Her agreeing to assist the future husband of a good friend leads to her encountering Holden, as he designs jewelry. Another meeting takes place a little later, as she has offered to use her talent as a web designer to get him more customers. As Holden and Coral spend time together for professional reasons, both come to realize their personal feelings are also quickly becoming mixed up in the dealings.

    BEDAZZLING THE JEWELER is an engaging romance from the start, and compelling situations that arose throughout the story kept my full attention until the final development. Ember Davis came up with so many entertaining conversations between her main couple, and each one felt especially realistic. Whether Coral and Holden were having a chat that was filled with witty banter or a discussion which was more serious, their every comment seemed as though someone might actually make such a remark. I really felt like I got to know these two people remarkably well because of the way in which their personalities came through so clearly, and regardless of what emotion was being expressed, it also seemed very genuine. The Pink Collar Temp Agency series concludes with a particularly enchanting story.

This one is about Holden who creates and makes his own jewelry at home and Coral who goes with Lincoln to help him pick out an engagement ring for Willow, Coral's best friend.     It stuck to the Pink Collar Temp Agency idea, which not all of them did. I like instaloves, but definitely prefer the ones that actually allow the couple to then get to know each other over the ones that go from meeting to engaged in the space of a couple of days. This one fulfilled that for me. This is one of the better books in the series.

    I admit that I was curious about the third friend in this friend group! It didn’t seem right that Paisley and Willow found their happily ever after and left their friend behind! I love the way this happened for Coral. Isn’t that always the way? When you resolve to not do something, it gets put in front of you in such a way that it’s impossible to avoid?? I’m so glad she didn’t avoid Holden. They’re just meant to be!
