Sabrina is the mom of two adorable children, is based in Watford, UK, and has been a university lecturer in Artificial Intelligence for over fifteen years. Very concrete with examples of baby schedules routines for each age, 6 weeks, 8 weeks ... etc, from birth to 12 months. What I love about this book is that it suggest a very helpful technique to put your baby to sleep without Cry it out. I have been advised by many to adopt this method but my intuition was too strong to do it. A friend who had teached both her babies to sleep through the night at 7 weeks recommended me this book, I couldn't believe that the author is suggesting a gentle solution to train babies without Cry it out but it's really effective ! Science and mother instinct are joined together in a sincere desire to help every mother struggling with getting her baby sleep trough the night.
