5.0 out of 5 stars baby routines week by week
This workbook allows you to setup up a routine, I like the examples of routines very much, week by week by age of the baby. I recommend it because I find it helpful to guide me with example of schedule and 3 days where you observe your baby, and you try the routines yourself. But you understand more how to do it by using the book "Bay Sleep Handbook", love this book.
