Bad Boy: A Carousal Lounge Mpreg Shifter Prequel Kindle Edition
Could that glorious smell mean...mate?
Trickster has the ideal life, especially for an omega. He loves his job welding, creating art in his funky warehouse , and dancing at the Carousal Lounge Gentlemen’s Club for fun!
When danger strikes, and he ends up on the doorstep of a reclusive shifter, his whole world tilts on its axis.
Fated mates are supposed to be myths, but all evidence is suggesting otherwise. Trickster’s one hundred percent on board for this new adventure, but what will it take to convince his disbelieving mate to trust what’s in his heart instead of the words in the history books?
In this anticipated prequel for Sammi Cee’s new shifter world, you can expect a sexy omega who thinks clothing should be optional, a confused alpha who’s not sure what to do with said bold and confident omega, a couple of babies—because why not keep freaking the professor out—and a chosen family who knows just what to do!

About the author

Sammi Cee was raised in a family of readers. Summer vacations consisted of a good book while sitting lakeside from as far back as she could remember. After growing up and having her own children, her appreciation of how the written word could transport you on an adventure, bring you to tears, or give you hope, took on a whole new meaning.
These days Sammi is watching her children develop into fine young ladies while doing the things she enjoys most: drinking coffee, eating chocolate, and writing her own stories.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2022I love how Trickster is not your typical omega. He works as a welder and is larger in size than your typical omega but that doesn’t mean anything when he meets his fated mate, the professor Cody. Cody has always been a bit arrogant about the fact that shifters should just embrace living like humans and deny their dual nature but he realizes just how wrong and “privileged” he has been to hold onto that opinion when he meets Trickster. This is a fun prequel and not necessary to the series but it is worth reading.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2022The author did an excellent job of creating a full story in a short piece. I really loved these two guys and was surprised that the author managed to flesh out both of them with so few words. Can't wait to read the rest of the series!

- Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2022Well written story and well developed characters! This is the prequel to the rest of the series! I can't wait to read them all! This one was so awesome that the rest must be at least as fantastic!!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2022It was nice to finally get the full story of Trickster and his alpha professor! It didn't disappoint at all.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2022Cute little novella. For some reason, Trickster just clicked for me and I almost cried when it seemed like he'd never see the professor again. And I even knew everything all worked out because I have already read Tango. Book 2 is next for me and I can't wait!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2021Trickster & His Professor are a perfect fit, opposites attract with a big dose of fate! We may not see a lot of them here in this shorter prequel, but I’m so glad to get their origin story, and I know we’ll see more of them in the rest of Carousal Lounge. Highly recommend this either to start the series or enhance if you’ve already had the pleasure!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2022I loved getting Trickster and Colby's story especially after seeing bits of Trickster in previous books. Shifter and mpreg books are my happy place so this book definitely checked off everything I needed for a fluffy romance. Loving this series!

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant
I love this author and surprised I have not started read this series before now. I didn't know what to expect as it is different to my usual read but definitely not disappointed. I cannot wait to see what happens next in the series

3.0 out of 5 stars 3.5 stars - ok read, but didn't add anything to the series
I read this after reading Tango, so it was nice to get more of the backstory for Trickster. That said, it didn't elaborate on any ot the worldbuilding, nor character development of any other character. In fact, it almost appeared to assume that you had read Tango first and knew of those other characters already. Really, this book was purely about Trickster and how he met Colby. So a good filler if you want to know about Trickster, but not necessary or beneficial to the actual series.
