Blair Anderson only thinks of Caden Bell as his best friend’s younger brother, a straight-laced jock still dating his high-school sweetheart. They are as different as night and day. Seeing Blair in a new light short-circuits Caden’s brain, and before he knows it, he’s confiding in Blair about his bi-curiosity. Blair couldn’t be more taken aback as advice turns to solace, then ignites into an intense spark neither man anticipated. Blair had done and seen it all, so what could it hurt to help Caden experience some new things?

    I enjoyed this book more then I did the first in the series, the story flowed better for me.
    I liked how the ended up in the same house, both doing some soul searching and figuring out their future. Blair, while being an out and proud model had a surprisingly low key vibe about him I liked. He fit Caden well, and the friendship they re-kindle slowly evolves into something more.
    I liked the ease that they had around each other, and Despite them not being as close when they were younger, the history they share is palpable in every thing they do together.

    It was sweet, just the right amount of steam, not too dramatic, just the right amount of Christmas Romance, coming out and friends-to-lovers stuck together.

    I do love a good Christmas tale and this one is just that, a really good festive story! It has all the "Awww" factors in it, friendship, family love, a little misunderstanding, and, of course, Christmas. It follows on nicely from Ms Lee's, Beautiful Dreamer, her last Christmas Offering, although it can be read as a standalone.

    Typical of all Ms Lee's books, this one is well written and flows really well, with great dialogue. Blair's witty and funny, and Caden gives as good as he gets. There's some great characters and a great setting, the story is set on the beach, ( I so wanted to be there), with old friends and new relationships.

    Caden is a real sweetheart. He's the sort of person you would be friends with, a pretty straightforward guy, who comes across as kind and thoughtful. He's also become aware of some things about himself and needs time to sort 'stuff' out. Along comes the gorgeous Blair, his brother's friend, who's only to happy to help Caden out.

    Ultimately, Beautiful Temptation is a feel-good book, it's not a romance where the MCs immediately fall in bed together. Caden and Blair experience a leisurely unfolding of their feelings, as each one sees what they need and want in the other. Watching their relationship develop was a joy, they were so perfect for one another.

    I can't help following the couple in my mind after the story ends, and I picture them living happily ever after, with a couple of kids and a dog. Lovely read, Ms Lee.
