    This is the first book of the Lancaster Falls series and I know it's just gonna be a fantastic series. I already can't wait for the next one.
    Isaiah, Lynn and Maddie were all great characters. Their past hasn't been pretty but their future will be beautiful. This story touches a little on past abuse toward the h by an ex and her need for a service dog, Blue.
    -neither virgins, both celibate
    -dual POV with Maddie's POV in epilogue
    -no cheating
    -no OM OW drama
    -epilogues 8 & 10 years after meeting
    This was originally part of an anthology so that's the reason for the story being shorter than normal. Still a great read. Loved it. 4.5 stars

    If you are deciding whether to read this book for nor I suggest you read and find out yourself how amazing this writer is. She did an incredible job with her first book, and her stories have only become better with each release. Because of blue is a cute story about a woman and her service dog who meets a beautiful girl who steals her heart and who can't help but fall fas for the little girls' father. As soon as Isaiah sees Lynn, he knows he has finally found his forever and will do whatever it takes to make her that. This a short book with a guaranteed HEA. Take a chance on this great author; I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

    I first read this story in the Must Love Dogs anthology. I was excited to see it released on it's own, not only because Pixie Chica became a quick favorite of mine, but because this story is so endearing. None of the characters had easy pasts, and yet seemed to be open and loving despite the hardships. It is a story of hope and love.

    A sweet read!! There's everything in this story, there is drama, laughter and instant love plus a sweet little girl and a dog.. You can't go wrong when you put that all together!!     Isaiah's whole world is his daughter Maddie, and when she tells him about a beautiful lady and a dog she has just met he thinks she has made up an imaginary woman...until he meets Lynn and Blue and his world just opened up. Lightening strikes and he needs to act, slowly...Lynn is recovering from a horrific abusive relationship, one that almost took her life. She doesn't trust easily nor does she let men close, but this adorable little girl has wedged herself into her heart and the handsome Isaiah breaks down her protective barriers. Blue, who approves of the 2 newcomers helps with the decision to open herself up to a possible future, and the ability to be the mom she never thought she'd have.
