Benji bought some cinnamon rolls for Thanksgiving dinner at his father’s place, so Mason brought him one at the store to eat. They were having lunches together every day they worked the same time.     A sweet HEA story that takes someone sweet and a Grinch and puts them together and you get a Daddy and his Boy. This is not really heavy BDSM Daddy and boy. In fact, I don't think Benji really knew he was until Mason.
    And Mason was very clueless about the dynamic.
    The story seems to most along. Like you know what will happen already. You know Mason will get pregnant but this one just wasn't as exciting to me.
    I would read it because it is part of the series. I would give it a 7/10.

    I am not sure exactly what was going on in here. But I'm gonna do my best to review it.

    So in here we have Benji, a grumpy alpha reindeer shifter. He works at the mall and hates Christmas. We also have Mason, an otter shifter with orange curls. Mason apparently just starts talking to Benji out of the blue for no reason (according to the alpha).

    Within the time period between Thanksgiving and Christmas, these two start having lunch together at the mall, Mason decides he needs the alpha to be his Daddy, and they get pregnant. Oh and Mason has an extremely mature six year old child.

    Ah, you might have raised an eyebrow at the Daddy, don't worry its just Daddy lite. Mostly used in sexytimes. But and this is a big but (hah!) it was just stuck in here. One minute we are being told about a crush and the next its all I want him for my daddy.

    If you have read my reviews you might know that the Daddy subgenre is my favorite. I love Daddies, all the daddies, so that part did not bother me at all. What did bother me was how these two didn't talk about it before suddenly becoming a Daddy/boy couple. Also, during the sex scene, I was so confused. This was the first time for both but suddenly the alpha is all Dom and he was doing things not talked about first. That's a big no no.

    Also this was, according to my kindle, a 95 page book and it spent more time on Mason's blushing than on getting these two together. And can we talk about the inner omega and inner alpha? I searched and inner was used 25 times. Did I mention its very short length?

    I think with a bit of editing this could have been a cute short story.
