    If you are looking for the perfect enemies to lovers story look no further because Jenn Sterling has hit it out of the park.
    Julia LaBella & James Russo were raised to hate each other but what there parents never expected was the attraction they had and the connection they had from the time they were young. It definitely was a push & pull but over the years keeping what they were feeling was getting harder to keep from one another.
    The relationship was one that they never thought would happen but with will and determination James knew he needed to get his girl and nothing was going to stop him feud and all. I just loved watching not only these two finally admit their feelings for another but watching their families realize that all the time that was wasted by a feud that had nothing to do with them. If you are looking for a book that will leave you with a smile on your face when you see the words The End then this is the one for you.

    Bitter Rival is a humorous twist on the enemies to lovers trope, and I couldn't put it down! Julia and James were raised to hate one another since they were children. Living next door to one another, and being the heirs to their respective wineries they're always near one another, but an old family rivalry forces them to "hate" one another. The problem is, both of them are attracted to one another, one of them refuses to admit it and the other is sick of fighting it. I truly enjoyed this new twist on Romeo and Juliet that J. Sterling gave us. Julia and James are perfect for one another, but there's so much standing in their way. I loved how James refused to give up on Julia, and well.. he's just the perfect guy, if we're going to be honest. He knows what he wants, and he refuses to back down. Julia on the other hand, she knows what she wants, but she has so much to lose, and it breaks my heart what she's forced to give up. When all the truths come out, and how everything plays out in this book, it was amazing. This book isn't your typical enemies to lovers romance. It's not super hateful, and conniving at first between these two at first. It's stolen glances, secret wanting, and knowing you shouldn't want the other one, but secretly wanting them instead. The family rivalry is really the story behind the "enemies" here, and it's an interesting twist when it comes out. If you're looking for a quick read (I had a hard time putting it down), and one that will have you swooning and with a few laugh out loud moments, then I suggest picking up Bitter Rival today, and enjoying it with your favorite glass of wine.

    Bitter Rivals is fabulous. I love this Romeo and Juliet style romance when it comes to James and Julia. You feel the attraction they both try to fight through this one. Once they give in it is sweet and red hot. I love how James wastes no time and sets the family straight. The family feud is one of for the ages and once you get the full story you wonder why things were not hashed out sooner. You feel the love between James and Julia is so strong. I loved this one so much.
