    This story was so adorably sweet with a hint of spicy and I loved every minute of it!! Haven has been in love with her best friend for what seems forever. Parker has always cared for haven and has come to realize since going to the military that his heat is empty unless he is with, talking to or holding haven. They are so adorable together.     It's a cute friends to lovers story. Probably would have liked it more if the H had pined for the h longer than a day or two. I'm glad they both had their v-cards (my preference for these years-long pining stories is they both have it, and if that doesn't work then neither do). There was a cringe moment (for me) in the epilogue when the H asks the h to marry him and she tackles him to the ground... they're in the airport.

    I'll probably go see what other stories this author has when I'm done with this series.
