    Pure Gold! Thoroughly enjoyed Blue and Anna’s story. Suffering from jet lag so I was happy to have something incredible to keep me occupied when sleep wouldn’t come. Only knock I have is the happy ending. I would have loved to have an extended epilogue or maybe two One which gave me the pregnancy reveal and the proposal. Kind of felt cheated to not have that in detail. Good book and now in want to reread the series again (Especially Brit and Stephens story).

    I loved this one. If you have followed Gold Hockey then you are aware who Blue is. He is the playboy and younger player on the team. I love the realization that comes across Blue watching all his friends fall. He is amazingly charming and sweet. Yet he always seems to put his foot in his mouth. Then you have Anna. She is sweet yet she has this rough side of her. You get why once you read this one. She is also loyal and caring. I love the chemistry between Blue and Anna. They just make your pages sizzle. I think they are my favorite couple of this series so far. If you love hockey romance then look no further then Breakaway and the Gold Hockey series. I so can't wait for the next book. I couldn't put this one down.

    Blue Anderson has never had a problem catching the eyes of women, normally they are falling all over themselves just to gain an ounce of his attention. But when he meets Anna Hayes his normal, never fails charm has no affect on her... she seems to be completely immune to him. And that bothers him more than a little, and makes him crave her attention even more! But does he really want a woman who acts like she detests him, and takes every advantage she has to give him crap?

    Breakaway brings you into the live of two characters who secretly have the hots for one another, but refuse to admit it... for fear of where it will lead them. Neither of them have a lot of faith in love because of their traumatic pasts, so when it comes to opening their minds and hearts to it they typically run the other direction, and avoid it all together. But all it takes is one kiss, and their views on what love could bring to their lives starts to change. But in order to be with one another they have a find a way to get along first, the banter between these two is off the charts hot, and also just a smidge mean at times. They like to push each other's buttons to the max, which means there is a lot of angst and drama to be found between the pages of this one. I really enjoyed this pairing, they played off of one another nicely, kept me thoroughly entertained, and their feisty fueled feuds kept the heat brimming page after page. Highly recommend you get your hands on this one, it promises to leave your heart happy!
