I didn't realize how much I missed Reynolds Restoration until I returned! Let me just say I'm really glad to be back, and so glad not only to see Stefano getting his own story but getting to visit with Maxx and Charly too. This book was fun and breaking the speed limit right from the beginning. With stolen moments on the side of the road. Meddling family all around. And the most adorable mechanics apprentice with a screwything that you've ever had the pleasure to read about. So hop on let's go for a ride, your sure to enjoy book two of the Reynolds Restoration series which can be read on its own. (But seriously you want to read Maxx and Charly's story too.) I have voluntarily left this review.

    Breaking The Speed Limit (Reynold’s Restorations Book 2) by Melanie Moreland is a wonderful romance with yet another steamy, dreamy, sigh worthy alpha protector hero. Stefano doesn’t see to understand speed limits when it comes to Gabby. He is all steam ahead, no holds barred and supremely confident in his heart’s choice. Gabby on the other hand is opposite in many ways. She absolutely matches in chemistry, she can’t keep her hands off Stefano as much as he can’t resist her! But there is much more to Gabby than single mom worries.
    I absolutely loved that Maxx and Charly are prominent characters in this romance. The other characters (namely Brett, Chase and Kelly) are very intriguing and made this reader ready for more of Reynold’s Restorations. And I cannot leave out Theo! What an adorable 5 year old! A perfect element for Stefano and Gabby’s love story.
    The plot is in some ways a bit of a nail biter. Gabby doesn’t share her secrets easily and Stefano has to really work to earn her trust. It’s touch and go until Gabby finds courage in the strength in the love of her man as well as friends and family.
    Overall, Breaking The Speed Limit is a fast track to love and HEA with a few detours, bumps and breaking (slowing down and heartbreak). Stefano perseveres and doesn’t give up while Gabby stands tough and accepts that she can have what she wants with Stefano at her and Theo’s side.
    I read an ARC of this book via Valentine Promotions and am voluntarily sharing my review.

    This book was what I have come to love in a Melanie Moreland book. There was insta lust, suspense, a small amount of angst, passion, found family, and love. Stefano was kind, protective, considerate, and sexy. Gabby was a fiercely protective and adoring mother. Her past had her running scared, but Stefano made her feel safe and cherished. Theo was fun and brought tenderness and joy to the story. I loved the crew at Reynolds Restoration and can't wait to visit them again.

    The night Stefano found Gabby trying to fix a flat tire was the night his life changed. Gabby brought her car to Reynolds Restoration on Stefano's recommendation to have the tire replaced. Maxx went through the process and found the vehicle unsafe. Gabby was too proud to take a handout. She's a single mom with five year old Theo. So a cute, smart, and inquisitive little boy. Stefano warmth and understanding of them both wanted to keep them safe.
    She had a secret. She was afraid to share it. When she felt unsafe, she would run.
    Stefano found Gabby, and he wasn't going to let her and Theo go. He hadn't been in love for several years, and his Mama wanted new bambino for Stefano. The rest of his siblings are married and had kids.
    Stefano's mom fell in love with Gabby and Theo. Theo fell in love with Stefano's family.
    Great story of a man that fell in love with this petite but curvy woman and her son. There is nothing he won't do for them.
    These hunky men and their big hurts for the woman they fall head over heels for. Another great story by Melanie Moreland

    I absolutely LOVE how Melanie Moreland can draw me into a book and make me feel at home there!!! Her characters may not be like me, but they are people I would love to know and call friends.
    We met Stefano in Maxx and Charly's story, Revved to the Maxx, but we really get to know him in this book, Breaking the Speed Limit. He's such a wonderful man who is trying to find his future. I loved his big Italian family!!! It reminded me of my youth in New York with my big Italian family. His mama, Rosa, brought back such loving memories of my grandmother. She shared her love with her family through her cooking. And she spoke Italian around the house when she didn't want us kids to understand what she was talking about. All of this made me so comfortable with Stefano's family!!
    Gabby is running from an abusive ex, who is also her son's sperm donor. But, don't get the wrong idea about her, she is the strongest female character I've read in awhile! She is a surviver! And she wants the best life for her son, regardless of what that means for her. I loved her!!!
    Obviously, due to her past, she was kinda leery around Stefano. She didn't trust men and didn't want anyone to hurt her again. It was beautiful to see Stefano treat her the way she should have been all along and gain her trust. It was also wonderful to see Stefano bond with Theo!!!! And Theo, OMG, the best character ever!!! He is such an amazing 5 year old! He's not shy or afraid of strangers, he's eager to learn and please people, he's funny, smart, and just a wonderful light in the world!!! With everything Gabby has been through, she is raising an amazing little boy!
    It was fantastic to visit everyone at Reynolds Restoration!! Especially Charly and Maxx!! I love them! And a pregnant Charly is even more fun!! Brett and Chase are such great additions to the shop and wonderful friends to all. Mrs Scott was such a wonderful lady, to take in and care for Gabby and Theo. The whole Borelli family, especially Mama, were amazing! And we are introduced to Kelly, who we'll get to know better in Brett's book!
    I loved this book, even with the suspense of the horrible ex toward the end. Which, BTW, I was so proud of Gabby for how she handled him!!! You Go Girl! I highly recommend this to everyone, as well as the whole series!!! Can't wait for more!

    I loved this. I loved Stefano and Gabby but i also loved her son too. The 3 of them together was adorable.
    I loved seeing the other characters and the community. They all came together to protect someone they didn't know very well but they knew she deserved it. I loved how they just love each other regardless of their background.
    I loved how Stefano was very much all in this relationship and didn't waver when things started getting rough.
    I look forward to read Shifting Gears next.

    I love Melanie Morelands books and this one is no exception. Stefano and Gabbys story was great. It had all the things that make her books worth reading. Great characters, great story lines and lots of feels. This was a great second book in the Reynolds Restoration series.
