    Wow, the Callaghan Green Series just keeps getting better. This story was sweet, sexy and fun. Owen is a bookish hottie who is sweet on the outside but all alpha on the inside. He is quite literally most women’s dream man. Payton appears tough on the outside, but she is kind, soft and vulnerable on the inside. After a series of bad luck with love, she has all but given up on finding her “someone”, when she stumbles into Owen. He’s not looking for a relationship either, but he realizes that he can’t let her get away. He is patient and kind, and with the help of her crazy brothers, he makes her see that they are a match made in book heaven. Reading this book made me feel so happy! The story line was awesome, and the characters keep getting better. I loved how we continue to get updates regarding Max, Victoria, Jackson, Steph and all of the others. Owen’s mom is a great addition to the story. I loved the stalk/date that Payton and Owen went on. Pair this book with a nice chai latte and your favorite slippers for the perfect night in!

Each book gets better so I can’t wait for the next one. I loved everything about Owen. I mean seriously, a dreamy bookstore owner. Does it get better than that? Watching as Payton learns to trust Owen after a string of bad experiences in the dating scene was touching. Sometimes trusting someone is so difficult. I could feel her pain.     Book four in the Callaghan Green series and they just keep getting better and better!

    I loved Payton and Owen together. They have a lot of chemistry and I liked seeing their relationship evolve as the story progressed. Payton was different than I expected and it was interesting getting to know her more here.

    Though this can be read as a standalone, I do recommend starting the series from the very beginning!

    Annie Dyer continues to write books that make me laugh and books that I really like to read.

    This is Paytons book, and conveniently the hero is a bookstore owner, and who loves book?!? Payton.

    Payton has only dated jerks, will Owen be the same?

    We see very little of Jackson, Max or Callum during this book. We see way more of Ava, Claire and Seph.

    I absolutely love when books are a series all about one family. Through these books we learn so much about the family as a whole and about each individual.

    I will continue to read all about the Callaghan/Greene Family.

    Then she holds him at bay, keeps him at arms length, wants him to be a friend with benefits where the benefits are books! That is untill he finally sneaks in closer.

    The anticipation is fantastic. I swallowed this book almost whole and missed out on lots of sleep.

    This book is part of a series, you meet the others from the first few books in it and will get spoilers if you read this first. It won't spoil this stop though. Personally I like to read in order, the anticipation is wonderful.

    Owen is a breath of fresh air and I love that he gets in well with Payton’s family.

    If you’re new to the series, start with engagement rate. You’ll love it and then you’ll want to keep reading the entire series.

    I say it every time I read one of The Callaghan Green books but this one was my favourite! This one follows Payton and Owen, everyone needs an Owen in there life. Though I suspect Payton's twin Seph's book is going to my favourite. I only discovered Annie's books recently but the fact I have read all 4 in this series in a week tells you how good they are!
