RATING: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 STEAM: 🔥🔥 This was a bittersweet read because I have loved all of the books in this series and I will miss them now that it is complete. Ivy Baron, the only single Willow left, has been navigating life quite fine until she agreed to plan Talia Greene's wedding. And with Talia comes her brother Ty. Ty Greene was once the love of Ivy's life until he left without a goodbye a few years ago to pursue a music career in Nashville. Now a country music superstar, he is coming back to Willow Springs and hopes to talk with Ivy. But with Ivy still nursing a broken heart, she wants nothing to do with him. Would they be able to act civilized as they work together on Talia's wedding? What I have always adored about Laura Pavlov's books is that they make you fall in love with her characters and go on a crazy roller coaster with them. This book was no exception. Ty and Ivy are so sweet and adorable. Ty is a complete alpha-roll whose love for Ivy has clearly not waned in the time they were apart. He is determined and sometimes smug, but he is also kind and sensitive. His immediate connection with his younger half-brother Sebastian is so cute. Ivy is every bit his equal and perfect match. She is sassy but has a kind heart. She endears everyone, stranger or not, to herself without motive. I also love that we get to see all of the Magic Willows in action in this book; their ride-or-die connection is just #friendgoals. This can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend going back to the beginning and enjoying the series. It is incredibly sad for me to say goodbye to Willow Springs, but I know that there will be more Laura Pavlov books that I will fall in love with.

    We have reached the last book in the Willow Springs series. I am not sure I am ready for that, but here we go anyways. Ivy, our beautiful wedding planner that had so much planned out their senior year to have it all ripped away without a backward glance. This poor girl had no idea what happened or why but one minute life was perfect with Ty and the next he was gone, and she was left with a broken heart. 5 years later, she is planning his sister’s wedding and she knows that she is going to see him. The walls that were build are firmly in place as is that blocked number. Here’s the problem with all of that, when your heart is still so firmly in love with someone everything you planned means nothing when you look into the eyes of the person who still holds it.

    Ivy has been so successful with her career. The things she planned out once college started all came to fruition, but life on the other side isn’t happening. No one is worth a second date which is frustrating to her.

    Ty Greene may be a successful country singer, but life has not been what he had hoped these past 5 years. He left Willow Springs as soon as the scandal that his father got them all in hit. Knowing he needed to distance himself from the town and everyone in it, including the one girl he has always loved. Coming off his first country music award and a successful tour, he has to go home to be a part of his sister’s wedding. Knowing that he will see Ivy again, he is trying to find his muse to write songs again. These two have such a history you want to root for them from the very start, but life has hills and valleys and these two have some mountains to overcome.

    Now, my two cents. I love this series, that is no secret. The girls are everything you hope to have in life. They are there for each other no matter what and do whatever is necessary to protect each other. We have come to love the men in their lives as much as we love the girls. This second chance love though, there is something special about it. All the girls know Ty, since they were all in the same class and graduated together. Ty and Jett are basically best friends and you know that is going to lead to some interesting times with Jett and Addy since both want to help their friend. Watching as the friends all come together and catch up, I had tears. You get to witness the closeness that we saw in Frayed come back around in Claimed. Laura always does a fantastic job writing, but this series, there is just some true magic in it. I am beyond sad we are done here in Willow Springs, but I promise Laura gave us the most beautiful gift in the epilogue.

Laura Pavlov did such a beautiful job wrapping up the series with Ivy and Ty’s story. The second epilogue was so freaking cute giving us even more HEA tea on all magic willows.

    I cried so much throughout the story. I can totally relate to Ivy in so many ways. I was a little mad that she forgave Ty so soon, but that’s Ivy. Totally forgiving and full of understanding. She’s no Coco when holding a grudge lol. LP legit broke me down only to heal me up with Ivy and Ty’s HEA. These two had so much chemistry together. Another solid sweet and steamy story that you should be reading.

    This story was about so much more than Ivy and her love for Ty. It was also about how you can make your friends your family - FRAMILY. The love the magic willows have for each other is just beautiful. I wish I had that IRL.

    The Gist - Ivy and Ty were high school sweethearts. UnfortunatelyTy’s family falls apart and their plans for college and their future together falls away as well. Five years later Ivy is back in her hometown of Willow Springs running her own wedding planning business. Ty has become a huge country music star.     Ivy was a good character. Ty, well… I accepted him gradually. There was no groveling at all (which I expected) and I also was annoyed by the way their individual sexuality was managed.

    I believe that every woman should decide how to live their sexual lives, but it bothered me to no end that it was frequently stated that he had sex with several women, while she remained untouched. And it’s because I felt it was from the need to keep her image in a “pure and untouched way” more than because of character development. 😓

    Love love loved this series. I have binge read them over the last week and loved the evolvement of the series, the relationship between the girls and the love of the small town they grew up in. I'm a sucker for a second chance so Ivy and Ty's story was perfect.

    This whole series has been such a beautiful journey of friendship and soulmates, can't think of a better way to end it than with Ty and Ivy. This book was everything it needed to be filled with laughter love and the amazing Magic Willows.
