    I have read several of Ms Woods books. This is my favorite so far. It is very hard for me to summarize without rewriting the book. It deals with depression, attempted suicide, adultery, divorce, children, love, and lust. With the right amount of humor mixed in.

    I voluntarily reviewed each story when it first was released.
    Santa’s Secret. This is a heartwarming story about a single mom, a single dad, two precious children and a lot of Christmas magic. The novella takes place at a Santa themed village in Finland, a sweet setting for the week leading up to Christmas day. And although the setting is cold, Serenity, as always, creates enough heat to keep her characters very warm.

    White Hot Christmas. Neon Carter fell the first time he laid eyes on his cousin's wife's sister...right off his surfboard. He just didn't know that was the beginning of the hottest two weeks of his life. Cocky Neon has a phobia about committing. Dignified Merle is visiting New Zealand for only two weeks and is only looking for a little fling and some hot sex. They hook up kind of on a dare from their own relatives. What follows is a wonderful story about two people who find they actually have more in common than just the ability to set each other on fire. This is a story of self discovery for both and the reader will be happy to share their experiences. The author provided a copy of this book.

    His Christmas Present. Megan fell in love with Dion when she was 15. Dion was her brother's best mate, and lived with her family for six months after his mother died and before his estranged father called him back to England. Dion and Megan had not kept in touch and had only seen each other once in the last 10 years when they ran into each other in Prague. Dion returns to New Zealand to recover from the shock that he would not be assuming control of his father's business, a position he had worked so hard for. He felt battered and heartsick over his father's betrayed and was totally unprepared for the shock awaiting him when he and Megan met again. Serenity's books have heat, so be prepared. The author provided a copy of this book. I loved this story.

    If Kisses Were Snowflakes is another wonderful Christmas story from Serenity Woods. Angel and Hal, two people who have been without romantic relationships for a while, meet on Lindisfarme island, a meeting that will change both their lives. The story set during Christmas time is sweet, it is tender, it is sexy, and it will heat up your e-reader. Not only does the author provide an interesting love story, but as is her habit, she provides a geographic and historical overview of the setting. I found the characters Hal and Angel to be totally believable and loved that the story didn’t drown the reader in angst. It was refreshing to find characters that weren’t afraid to reveal their inner most disappointments and fears to each other. I really loved this book and voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy. Highly recommend.

    Even tho its September / October I loved these Christmas stories. There's nothing like a good romance for the holidays. Each book had it's own story line with some heart ache, intrigue, romance, love and good sex.
    Serenity really knows how to put it all together to keep you turning pages till the end.

    I love this author's style of writing. She is always engaging and the characters are easily believable and entertaining. It great escapism. It's not taxing to read and I can quite happily avoid the housework for hours.
    If you haven't tried this author before and like fairly light romances then try this box set. I got it as part of my kindleunlimited package.
