The Devil Knows Your Name. Learn his.
Earth has become a playground for the "Big Man Downstairs" to shell out punishment to the most disgusting and vile scumbags of our society. A racist cop, a murderous Karen, and a psychotic rapist are just three of the “touched by malevolence" targets on the devil’s personal damnation list.
Call Me Hoop is a totally unique form of horror narrative where eight different authors bring you twelve entwined stories that will change everything you know about heaven… and hell!
Always one step ahead of you, when Sonny Hooper asks you to call him Hoop, the trap is already set. Be prepared to pay for your sins.

About the authors
For more than 20 years, Drew Stepek has written, produced, and directed for the publishing, online and entertainment industries. Drew has worked for Film Threat, Sci-Fi Universe, Wild Cartoon Kingdom, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Saturday Night Live, The Profiler, The Pretender, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and ESPN. In the past ten years, the author ventured into creative directing and ideation roles involving entertainment and technology marketing for Davie Brown Entertainment and Straight Up Technologies. In 2012, Stepek took a position as the Head of Branded Entertainment for Machinima. He has also been a Creative Director at AwesomenessTV. Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Drew moved around a bit as a young man and finally found his home base in Hollywood, California in 1994. Drew attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. His first novel Godless (ISBN# 0978602498) was released 666 (June 6th, 2006) and has since captured a strong underground following. Currently, Stepek is working on the sequels to Knuckle Supper and Knuckle Balled.
Suitably labelled “The Queen of Filth”, extremist author Dani Brown’s style of dark and twisted writing and deeply disturbing stories has amassed a worrying sized cult following featuring horrifying tales such as “56 Seconds”, “Becoming” and the hugely popular “Ketamine Addicted Pandas”. Merging eroticism with horror, torture and other areas that most authors wouldn’t dare, each of Dani’s titles will crawl under your skin, burrow inside you, and make you question why you are coming back for more.
Peter Caffrey is a writer of absurdist stories with elements of horror, bizarro and the darkest of dark comedy. He believes that even on a sunny day when the world is at peace, there's always a little bit of filthiness lurking in the shadows.
Alongside his novels, his work has also appeared in a wide range of publications and a whole array of anthologies.
Ryan Harding is the five-time Splatterpunk Award-winning author of books like Transcendental Mutilation, Genital Grinder and collaborations with Jason Taverner (the Agent Orange slasher novels Reincarnage and Reincursion), Kristopher Triana (The Night Stockers), Lucas Mangum (Pandemonium), and Edward Lee (Header 3). He contributed a guest scene to Your Loved Ones Will Die First, a novella by Jonathan Butcher with guest scenes from Stuart Bray and Megan Stockton. He wrote the novella The Profile for the anthology Call Me Hoop and his short stories have appeared in anthologies such as Y'All Ain't Right, Brewtality, The New Flesh: A Literary Tribute to David Cronenberg, Splatterpunk Forever, and the Brutal series. His work has also been published in German, Italian, and Polish. Upcoming projects include a novel with Bryan Smith and the third book in the Agent Orange series.
Lucy Leitner is an advertising writer and award-winning journalist in Pittsburgh, PA. Her transgressive fiction includes the novels Working Stiffs, Outrage: Level 10, and Bad Vibrations as well as several shorter works that appear in anthologies and godless.com original series.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 15, 2024Call Me Hoop by Drew Stepek, Lucy Leitner, Lucas Milliron, Ryan Harding and others was obtained directly from the publisher and I chose to review it. Finally, a horror book that was interesting all the way through with no allow or inane dialogue to bore me to tears.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2024This book started off hot and fast paced. But after a while, the stories seemed to drag on. I had a hard time getting through the last few stories because they seemed drawn out. The book gets 4 stars because I love the way this story was brought together.
