Karen Frances lives just outside Glasgow Scotland with her Husband of 23 years and four of their five children. She says her children are amazing when they are sleeping... Her busy days include helping her husband manage a family business while running about after the children, schools, clubs, etc.

She finds escape from the chaos of everyday life in good books, particularly of a passionate romantic nature. Her appreciation and passion for romance novels led her to write He's Captured my Heart, back in 2004, a tale of contemporary romance set in Scotland, and she's been writing ever since.

    Wow! After everything that Libby and Alex have been through they were really pushed to the limit in this book. Just when you think that they have found happiness and love with one another, disaster strikes and pulls them apart. I was not prepared for what happened in this book but thank goodness Karen Frances gave us the ending that this incredible couple deserved.

    I'm so happy that I took a chance with this new-to-me author and got to experience the love and passion between Libby and Alex. I would highly recommend this series and I look forward to seeing what else this author has in store.

    Oh lord, what can I say about this particular story? Libby Stewart and Alex Matthews go through so much and just when you think they will get the quiet happy life they deserve Ms. Frances sends another curveball our way. I cried several times during this book and cheered loudly as well. Libby and Alex became characters that I rooted for and I will miss them now that I am done with the series. Heartwarming and beautiful story.

    Loved the ending to Libby and Alex's story . Definite tear-jerker. Only reason I'm not giving it a perfect 5 is there were so many punctuation errors. Commas were placed where they obviously didn't belong and it was once or twice on each page. Normally, I wouldn't have continued reading, but I needed to know how their story ended.

    The characters in the book are very well described that you can imagine them and feel as if you know them.

    I'm now going to read Karens novella Family Ties, and really looking forward to it, I love her writing and look forward to lots more of her books.

    After reading the full series now, I thought this was the sweetest book of the three.Libby and Alex get the wedding and the life they both dreamed of. Who would of thought Alex Matthews soul be a husband and father to twins?

    Apart from the car accident and Alex's brief memory loss, this book was the perfect, sweet, romance.

    This book follows on perfectly from book 2. Libby and Alex are getting along perfectly and are making big plans for their future. This book has one of the best twists I have read in a story in ages and I never saw it coming. I hope this isn't the end of the series as we saw some more of the other characters throughout book 3 that definitely deserve to have their own story.
