    This book was awesome. This is Hayden and Crooners st o and book two of the Cash base series. The story of how the both of them had to overcome their dark past, in order to find light on the other side. I've been a huge fan of This author for a while and once again she did not disappoint. This series keeps getting better and the sex scenes are amazing. A must read.

    This was a good continuation of book one in the Cash Bar series. Although it could be read as a standalone, it really helps understanding the story line better if you read book one, Snake and Ginger’s story. Also, the guys from the original Notorious Devils series make a cameo, Fury&Co.

    I was so curious to find out how Crooner and Hayden would find their happy ending. It really didn’t seem like they’d be a good fit. He is thirty-five and bitter, not looking to settle down. She is nineteen, has a little kid, lived through hell and just tries adjusting to having a normal life. However, they are attracted to each other and can’t stay away. They come together in an explosive way, and just as they settle down and try to make a good life for themselves, a blast from Hayden’s past shows up and ruins it all.

    I can’t wait to read the next book which is hopefully Free and Whitley’s story :)

    I didn't enjoy this book as much as the others. I really didn't like Crooner's character. He's too crude and the way he treat Hayden especially after what she went through just bothered me alot. It seemed like he just made it mostly about his past with his father. But that's just my opinion. Now talk about cuteness overload. Hayden's little boy Easten's character is absolutely adorable. Hayley got a toddlers language was spot on. When he took Hayden's cheeks and say I hunry momma or I lub you was spot on so sweet. I could just picture it and smile. And when he'd grab Crooner by the beard. Adorable. I don't want to give anything away but when little East gets taken away from Hayden I was crying just thinking about a toddler being taken away from his mom and Hayden is such an amazing and loving mom it was heartbreaking. Hayden has been to hell and met the devil and came back from it. Her character is so strong and not in a fighting way but an inner strength. When Crooner strings her along because of his inner demons was total bulsh*t to me. I was kinda hoping Free would had stepped up and stole her away from him. I didn't care for Baby either, I didn't trust him at all. He was trying too hard to get under Crooner's skin and p*ss him off. Just the thought of all those poor women was actually scary to think about but what's even scarier is it could actually happen. I highly recommend this series to everyone.

    Boy did they have a lot to work through. Not sure how Hayden could be normal. That girl went through a great deal. Crooner was not an easy man and he was stubborn to. They were perfect for each other though. I love this series too. I want to read about Gracie too. I think that will be a tough one too.

    I waited for this book for a what seemed like forever! We were first introduced to Ward aka Crooner and Hayden in Laced with Fear. Hayden was an underaged mother that the Crooner’s MC rescued from the dastardly Aryans. Right from the moment they met, they gravitated to each other, but there were hurdles to being together - Hayden’s underage and traumatized and Crooner is in his 30’s. Despite these issues, I couldn’t wait to read their book. Hayden is not going to stay underage forever and I wanted to see their story unfold.

    Hayley Faiman didn’t disappoint. This book has her signature edgy plot where nobody is safe. You know bad things may happen to your fave characters. My only complaint is that I am so tired of the Aryans. I want to burn them all. We meet a new character and there’s a hint for the next book and I can’t wait to see what Ms. Faiman has in store for us next.
