Claimed by the Clan Chief Kindle Edition

4.0 out of 5 stars 79 ratings

After Isla Dunoon is saved from a man's forceful, unwanted advances by Trevor McTavish, the leader of the Highland clans, she cannot help falling for her rescuer. But when she is caught with something she stole from Trevor in order to cast a spell she hoped would endear him to her, Isla quickly discovers that not only is the stern, handsome warrior already entranced by her, he will not hesitate to spank her bare bottom hard and thoroughly when her behavior makes it necessary.

Though Trevor soon takes Isla as his wife and claims her properly, it isn't long before her spell-casting attempts attract attention and put her life at great risk. He punishes her strictly and shamefully in an effort to tame her recklessness, but will his efforts prove to be in vain?

Publisher's Note: Claimed by the Clan Chief is a stand-alone sequel to Owned by the Highlanders. It includes sexual scenes and spankings. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.

This is one of my favorite books. I just loved how the main male
character loved the woman he wanted and swore to protect and love her. It's a short read but so worth it.

I loved this book I think it was one of Ms. Harlem's best. A good love story very spicy, Trevor was a drop dead gorgeous clan chief and Isla a beautiful young girl who is a healer. Pick up this book and go on their journey.

This one was a very juvenile story. It vfc reminded me of a May December romance in which Trevor was much older than Isla. But he treated her like a recalcitrant child. If she was woman enough for him to have sexcwith, why was she not mature enough for him to treat her as an adult outside of the bedroom. He vcd was no better than his man Broc, who tried to force himself ok n her. Trevor was just more subtle about it. But not matter the motivation, abuse is still abuse and he was no different than any of the other men than put their hands on her. Just because he gave her his name doesn't entitle him to abuse her. The plot was not well thought out not was it bbn executed very well. I would really skip this one if I were you.

This book was written like an erotic fairy tale. Servant meets popular warrior and they fall in love. To make sure he falls in love with her, she does a love spell. She is something of a healer and witch. There is not much substance to the characters or story because it is focused more towards sexual pleasures. I do not mind the sex scenes, but more attention should have been made to a story.

The book is well written. I gave it a 4 because the H feels compelled to punish his wife the h whenever she disobeys. I know some people are into this but I have a tough time wrapping my head around "I love you" then 20 smacks with a cane.

4.0 out of 5 stars Bewitching the Rebel Leader
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 23, 2020
This story was a continuation of another of her stories, I prefer the Menagé of the first one but this one is a bit more love story with shades of kinky magic. It is about a potion creating lass and a lucky rebel leader... I wish there was more of the story after they left the Castle and her brush with stake burning... Like obviously that bench was especially made for her... But its a great story...

4.0 out of 5 stars Zweifellos erotisch prickelnd.
