    This is a new author to me and I definitely will be reading more of her books. This book was fast paced with well developed characters. Slade and Taylor burn the pages in this story. When Slade finally gives in when it comes to Taylor all bets are off!! He only shied away from her because her brother was on his team but he tasked Slade with looking after her once he got stateside. There is a stalker and he has his sights set on Taylor but what is his real motivation? I Love this story and can’t wait for the series to continue!!

    Claiming Her is the trope I eat up like ice cream on a hot day! I love the falling-in-love-with-a-sibling's best friend/teammate/co-worker. There's just something about the trope that draws me in like nothing else....Claiming Her was no different. Slade had admired, liked and wanted Taylor for a while--ever since he and her brother, Travis, were deployed together. Getting glimpses of Taylor through packages and glimpses of video calls wasn't enough for Slade during deployment. When Slade left the military and established his security business he did so in Taylor's town so he could keep track of Taylor from a distance. Slade always thought Travis would disapprove of his relationship with his sister, but when Travis calls on his friend to protect Taylor, the obstacles disappear for Slade. Slade was protective and completely under Taylor's spell but still had the hot alpha gene that he let out to play that was scorching! Taylor was sweet and somewhat naive, but not afraid to go after the man she loved. I love the Nighthawk Security bunch and can't wait for the other stories to be released. Another great read! If you love hot alphas and sexy/sweet heroines, then grab the Nighthawk Security series as it releases (or any of Tory's other books)! This is an alpha bunch that will twist your panties in the most delicious way!

The hero was slow to get his woman who he has known since early SEALs days, but he was getting his business going and working 80 hour weeks ... apparently this is now changing although Slade seems to be down a lot of dependable manpower and up in business contracts, so how he has time for Taylor and her matching bralette and lace panties 👙 after work every day I have no idea. 😁

    There's an obsessed sicko after Taylor, Slade and his Security company are on the job to save her, and our heroine and hero quickly begin to sweetly outline their future. Then HOTLY 🔥 fill in the blanks. Enjoy this KU read.

    Claiming Her was a ton of fun! Slade has always had a thing for his buddy's sister, Taylor. He knew she was off limits but the feelings he had for her were only going to be leashed for so long. Taylor always had feelings for Slade but never imagined he felt the same. When she gets some weird letters in the mail from a stalker, she had no idea her brother would put Slade onto the situation. Slade sees this as an opportunity to get close to Taylor and finally let her know how he feels. He is done waiting. I love the banter between these two! Taylor doesn't hold back and Slade loves every minute of it. There was a nice thread of the stalker to up the tension in the situation but as always the main focus is the romance between them. The rest of Slade's team are going to get their own stories, I'm sure and I can't wait to see them all fall in love!

    To be honest I'm super glad it was a short book...It was pretty awful! Everything was rushed, unemotional and quite frankly...boring!
    Written in the first person, so alternate chapters between the two leads, who apparently were sex starved. Not much of a back story, so all you've got is his crudeness and her sexy lingerie. Er...not good but found it free.
