    This is a short, quick, steamy book by Ms. Noir. Jenson and Tilly are both soldiers serving in Afghanistan. When they meet, there's instant attraction and a strong connection.I do wish that this story was a bit longer, but I enjoyed it non-the-less. If you're looking for a very quick and steamy read, then this book is for you. Thank you Ms. Noir for gifting me an e-ARC of this book. This was my honest opinion.

    The attraction was instantaneous. A very short, steamy read.

    Staff Sergeant Jenson Miller has been in Afghanistan for three tours. He's getting ready to go home when he meets her.

    Corporal Matilda Wilson has been in Afghanistan for nine months and she's ready to go home. She has three months left when she meets him.

    I enjoyed this short erotica read. It was super steamy and told the story of two soldiers who met while they were on duty in Afghanistan. It was a super quick read and could be read in total before going to bed. I thought it was a good story but felt it could have been a little bit longer so the reader could get to know the characters a little more. I did love how it had a happy ever after ending though.

    Confessions of a Soldier is a very quick read about Jenson Miller and Tilly Wilson. They have an instant connection and quickly start a relationship.

    I know this is a short story so there isn't a lot of time for character development but I really didn't feel connected to nor care about them. It all was a little too much to believe. Other than their tryst we did get much interaction between Jensen and Tilly. While I have enjoyed Lexi Noir's other books, this one needs a little more for me.
