About the author

I’m a British author, brought up on the Isle of Wight and share my life with a handsome rescued Spanish Podenco called Markos.
I’ve had over one hundred books published, ranging from Regency romance, (my first love), to contemporary women’s fiction and marine crime mysteries.
When not writing I walk miles, make half-hearted attempts to retain flexibility by attending yoga classes, read other people’s tomes…oh, and I’m on a one woman mission to keep the wine trade profitable!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well worth a read.
I enjoy the writing of this Author although I wasn’t sure I would like this book when I read the blurb but it surprised me how much it hooked me when I starting reading.Loved all the mystery and the banter between the characters especially the main two and apart from the mums who I felt could do with a slap so it shows how the writer proclaimed them.
It had all I liked in a book mystery ........ wont give the game away and love of course.
The only criticism is I would of like a bit more on the part were the author touch on dead bodies which left me a bit confused as it didn’t say although maybe cause no one knew.

2.0 out of 5 stars Investigating his banker cousin's shady deals Ian, with Dexter, his canine companion, come to the physical and emotional rescue of the suspect's shapely promised bride
The crisp style of this author and series of suspenseful twists lend some life to an otherwise grim tale of an undistinguished family with a weak father, an extravagant and selfish mother and numerous progeny, in need of a financial bailout. Cordelia, the only daughter of age, becomes the hapless pawn in a sordid contract calling for her speedy marriage to a widower of dubious honesty whose repulsive aspect and lecherous ways are ignored by his joyless, domineering mother, reigning over their Gothic mansion. The characters come across as one-sided, and interplay is often predictable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun read
Enjoyable light romance. Historical details obviously well researched. Even though I knew it would all end well could not put it down till I’d finished!
