    Omg Tony and Elliot are my new favorite couple. They were perfect for each other. They both have the same amount of cray cray 😜 to match each other!!! This SEALS & CIA combo is pure magic. 

    Tony and Elliot are fighting their own demons with tooth and nail. And found each other at the perfect time in their journey to appreciate and hold on to each with all their might. 

    I loved how feisty and unhinged Elliot was and was unapologetic about her own brand of cray cray. And Tony’s letting go of his reservation and loving Elliot was just profound. 

    The segg is oh soo spicy, wood 🪵 +tactile gear+night vision= spicy 🌶️ 🔥🧯

    I love seeing Gabe and Tony bromance. I loved the banter between all the characters, had me LOL all the time.
    These SEALS & CIA series is become one of my favorites from KLM.

    I absolutely loved everything about this book! I was excited for Flakes’ (Tony) book after meeting him in Covert Affair and Kennedy did not disappoint in any aspect. Elliot is an amazingly strong CIA agent who thinks she needs no ones help. Tony is a broken SEAL who is determined to keep her safe. The suspense, the steam, the build up had me hooked from the beginning and I couldn’t put it down until I was finished. I can’t wait for McLovin’s book next!!

    Another page-turning thriller from Kennedy Mitchell! There was not one point in this book where I felt I needed to skim through the mundane parts, and the action began in the prologue!
    There was something that I felt was missing at the end, Tony had one last piece of vulnerability he needed to let go of and I would’ve liked to have seen that happen. To have Elliot revere his scars and assure him that without them, they never would’ve found each other. Once you read the book you’ll know what I’m talking about, but I don’t like to put spoilers in my reviews.

    This book is HOT! Tony is my new book boyfriend. My perfect guy written down for me to devour.... which is saying a lot since I didn’t care much for him in book 1. In this book though, he is steaming hot. Blazing hot. Smoking! And Elliott... I think I want to be her when I grow up. That lady is all the wonderful kinds of crazy. I see what Tony loves about her. If I was a guy she’d be my kryptonite. The story is intense and surprising and doesn’t pull any punches which is what I have come to expect and love about Ms. Mitchell’s books. This is my new favorite book I think and one I am glad I got a digital copy of so I don’t have to replace it every few months from reading it so many times. I am loving this series and absolutely cannot wait to see what happens next..... is it McLovin’s turn? I sure hope so! If you don’t have it get this book! You won’t regret it!     LOVED it!!! Elliott and Tony are amazing together. They made me laugh, cry, scream with rage and smile sometimes all at once. This book takes you on a whirlwind of emotions from the beginning to the end. Elliott and Tony's story is heartbreaking, soul searching and healing all at the same time. While reading this book, the world around me stopped, I was so engrossed in their story nothing mattered, but turning the next page.

    Kennedy's books do this to me every time. I love how she spins words into stories that take you down a path filled with excitement, danger, angst and romance. I could go on and on, but I won't. Just read the book, you won't regret it

    Sr. SEAL officer Tony Hackenbreg and CIA officer Elliot Smith meet under crazy circumstances on a failed mission. Months later both are trying to cope with loss and memories from that faithful night when life gives them a chance to get the vengeance they both desperately want. What they weren’t expecting is to feel so hard for each other. Will these feelings jeopardize their vengeance?
    Tony and Elliot are one hot, crazy, strong as hell couple! With these two nothing is easy or boring, her sense of humor and his grumpiness is the perfect mix to balance out all the action that is packed in their story. I was entertained from the beginning and the ending didn’t disappoint. All in all, I enjoyed this book and recommend it if you enjoy action packed, steamy romance.

    I really enjoyed Covert Vengeance. The plot was good, the characters very good and the steamy scenes and action where very well done and definitely immersed you in the story. I liked Tony’s character- he went all in in most things without thought and fought for those he loved/cared about wholeheartedly. You could tell how much Gabe and Lucia meant to him and what they’d all do for each other as both a group of friends and as trained officers/SEAL’s. Tony was a loyal, trustworthy and great guy with things in his past that made him scared but ultimately made him stronger and more willing to fight for what he wanted when it came down to it. Elliot was an amazing heroine, she was one you connected with right away because whilst she was quirky and liked to blow things up she was also relatable and likeable- she had gone through so much but straight away she was someone you rooted for because of the type of woman she was. She believed in the good and the bad even after everything she’d seen and been through and honestly it just made her more of someone you wanted to see get the good finally and we see that. From the start you could see how protective she was of Lucia and vice versa- they’re loyalty was in tact and strong from the start because of the belief Lucia held in Elliot. The love between Elliot and Tony was hot, their chemistry off the charts but it’s their emotional connection that ultimately draws you in. The scene near the end in the commander’s office is one of my favourite because you can see how much it means to Elliot. I think we could have delved a bit more into the pasts of both main characters and even had some more scenes with Gabe and Lucia but this was such a great read and I recommend it for sure.
