    So good!!!! I had a feeling that this third and last installment was going to be the best of them all and it was. For me at least. Love love love Aiden and Branna. Gah!!! He was in love with her for over fifty years and they could only give in so far. There was so much love, passion and frustration in their relationship that it just gripped your heartstrings in a vise. Aiden was my favorite brother. So loyal and trustworthy. So giving and a bit of a martyr, but not so much that he was intolerable. Branna was just as complex. She could seem aloof and cold, but those were her coping mechanisms to keep a distance from what she truly wanted. She was strong and smart, but boy did she have a temper on her. Loved that this story was a delicious slow burn. We see into their past and present and it was done oh so well, not confusing whatsoever. The defeat of the final bad boss was interesting, but definitely not the highlight of this saga. It was all about how far one would go to save their soulmate. And the epilogue was perfection 😍. This author is so good!!! Love her paranormal stories and wish there were more of this caliber out there.

    Branna knew there was something special about Aiden when he was still a child. The feeling so strong she created a charm to protect him and his family, sadly it didn't set fast enough to save his parents. She continued to look after him and his brothers. Again she failed them when her intelligence proved false leading Carmac into an ambush and Madigan to his death. She couldn't stay away, drawn to Aiden.     Dispite all that Branna has done to keep him a secret Peadar, has found out about him. Aiden is willing to sacrifice himself to free Branna.
    Fast paced, bitter sweet and steamy. Loved Aiden and Branna's story. Great epilogue to wind up their story.

    This is the third book in the Fae Hell Hound's Fated Mates Series. It may not be necessary to read this series in order but it is definitely recommended as the stories for all the characters continue and grow although this book is primarily about the youngest MacConall brother Aiden and the Puca Branna. I had been looking forward to reading Aiden's story as he was one of my favorite characters throughout the series. Aiden is one of a kind and unlike any male I have ever met or heard of truly waiting for his one and only.

    I enjoyed this book in the series but not as much as the previous two. I found myself getting confused about the timeline much the same way that I do when a TV show or Movie jumps back and forth between the past and the present. At the beginning of each chapter, the timeline and the speaker (Aiden or Branna) was listed but after a few pages I often had to recheck the information.

    Once I finished the book and had time to process all the information and put it into proper context I found I did like the story and was glad that Aiden and Branna did finally get their HEA.

    I don't leave reviews about the actual content of books, because I like being surprised, so you have to as well :D WOW, these books (all three of the series) are so well written. The story is intriguing, and goes at a perfect speed. All the characters are well thought out and better written, even a passing character was fully realised. The naughty bits are well written, and hot, but not to the point where the story is over shadowed (as some do) by them. In all, get these books you won't be disappointed.
