Overview

Handwriting is a dwindling art-form, and worse is that most schools in over 40 states no longer require teaching longhand or cursive. This is still a valuable and necessary skill for everyone, and there is no reason any child should go without learning to at least write a letter and sign their name.

This fun and easy activity book, instructs simple cursive writing through both tracing and arrow guided learning. After the basics, the exercises give an example and blank grid lines to practice on their own. Following are common words and then a few simple sentences. There is also pages for free-form name writing and a note to a friend practice.

Why not have your beloved youth spend some time away from video games or TV, and spend some time with this fun activity book that will provide them with a useful skill to take with them in life.

About the Author

J. Steven Young is an author of children's books, cook books, and fantasy books based in magic, a subject that fascinates and drives his imagination. He thinks of himself as a dreamer and loves to let his imagination run wild. Writing fantasy stories and children's books has become a passion to let his creative side out and a welcome distraction from technical writing and IT management. His first fantasy series, Chronicles of Aurderia, is an ancient involvement in mankind fantasy. Hashtag Magic, an urban fantasy, takes place in modern times Chicago, and all magic is linked to a young man and his new #magic app. Check out his children's books that help in early development for a brighter future.
