    Each book is unique as each brother has a different type of big cat inside. The books are entertaining and interesting as each couple has to overcome difficulties that arise. The love of family and one another is sweet and enjoyable. I look forward to reading future books by Ms Woods.

    Dartmoor Big Cat Brides Box Set by Freya Jackson (aka Serenity Woods) is a wonderful purchase for anyone who enjoys paranormal romance. I was able to read these books at the time of release but can see that getting all three books at the same time would be a plus. I like paranormal romance and I especially like these English shifter stories of three brothers.

    Wild Heart has Caiden, a shifter meeting his soulmate, Liv through an on-line dating service. This is a new story-line for me to read in shifters stories. Not the bumpiest of roads but there are problems involved as they journey to their HEA. Wild Heart is sweet and steamy; Caiden is an old fashion guy at heart yet very hot at the same time.

    Savage Instinct is a steamy second chance at love paranormal romance. For anyone who has ever buried their true love identifying with Jamie would come naturally. It matters not if you are human or a shifter. In fact, Ms. Jackson has personified those conflicting feelings that the surviving partner goes through in the character of Jamie Tyler. Emma Rivers is a strong intelligent faithful daughter who has problems of her own. Her character is still caring of others instead of focusing on her lot in life. I loved the positive relationship that she had with her family. Many in reality would have feelings of resentment towards caring for her mother.

    Fierce Desire (Dartmoor Big Cat Brides 03) is my favorite of the three Tyler Brothers stories. Theo Tyler the youngest of the Tyler men is a firefighter and a lion shifter to boot. He is honest, has integrity but a bit impulsive; take the fire at the end of the book as an example. Still what is not to love, only someone who has known him all his life would struggle seeing him as the perfect mate which bring us to fiery Sian. She has a nit-picking type of personality which brings some interest to this story and the family as a whole. I liked that she is not as perfect as the rest of the women in the Tyler family.

    Honestly, I enjoyed the romance of all three books since the story-line is not bogged down with human society against them, or wanting to capture or destroy the shifters. The focus is on the characters and their relationships. In Theo’s case, there is more drama as there are surprises to their standard way of thinking, perhaps that is why I liked it so much; a challenge to the status quo.

    I really enjoyed reading all the stories, the last one however was too rich for my blood, Sian really needed to get over herself, I found myself wishing Theo could make get feel how he felt, she was snooty and I really didn't vibe with her, I felt sorry for Theo having to be such with a snob like her.

    I have read every Serenity Woods book and enjoyed them, so I was thrilled to find her writing under another name. This collection was different, but just as good as her New Zealand books. I recommend Dartmoor Cat Brides to everyone wanting a fun read. I really like this author.
