    Jonathan is in his late 40s doesn't talk much kinda guy. At 6'8" people often gawk at him in one form or another. He purchased a fixer upper which came equipped with a tabby cat and a lot of work. If he wasn't single as a pringle he could see it as a family house, but he is pretty sure that time has passed for him. Until there is a knock at his door and when he opens it, he is stunned by the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. Though was would a young 19 yr old want with an old man like him. April has been dissected in one form or another most her life by her stepmother. Finally standing up for herself when her stepmother tells her to stop her camming and find another job or get out. Thinking it would be a long shot to check out an ad for a room for rent months ago she takes her chance. One day Jonathan sees her set up and looks it up and is soon creating and buying up her time. after weeks of interaction and feelings building you know its gonna get steamy.

    This was a quick short age-gap daddy kink read. It's a slow burn but when it gets to the steamy parts its hot. I like it when the read can be sweet yet steamy. The characters have chemistry from the start and story flowed smoothly. You get and HEA and an epilogue that will have you smiling. So happy I got a Margot Scott fix.

    This is book one in the Daddy Sized series by Margot Scott. There are currently four book in this series and all of them are novellas under 115 pages. Book one is the shortest at just 71 pages.

    This book follows April and Jonathan. April is just nineteen years old and desperate to find a place to rent fast. When she stumbles across an ad for a single room for rent she hops at the chance. Despite it being placed 3 months ago she’s hoping that it will still be available. Having just gotten home from a long day at work Jonathan wasn’t excepting a knock on his door. He a bit of a loner and just purchased this house recently to remodel and flip so no one should be showing up unannounced. When he opens the door to a young women looking for a room he’s shocked. He also can’t seem to turn her away.

    This was a super cute insta love novella. Everything is fast paced in this book. You get family drama, forced proximity, plus sized heroine, dad bod hero, an age gap, and plenty of daddy kink all wrapped up into one short story. I enjoyed this book and will definitely be reading the rest of the series when I get a chance.

    If you enjoy short stories of Daddy & .Baby girl romance this is for you.
    I’m not usually a short story fan and never read a daddy relationship romance as it never appealed to me personally.
    Sadly I was right it’s not a genre I’d read again however the authors style of writing I enjoyed.

    The story features Jonathan, a giant of a man who is a loner my choice, with his solitude and job as an electrician he just purchased his fixer-upper in the country home.
    However, when April, a BBW cam girl knocks on his door looking for a room to rent after seeing an old advertisement his life takes an unexpected turn.
    April has been kicked out of her home by her stepmom who threw her out after she discovered her cam girl job.
    Jonathan wants to protect her, the moment they met he sensed being so young and renting a room she was in some sort of trouble and he was determined to be there for her.

    It was interesting to read a plus-size heroine bullied by step mum over weight issues and her dad sat by letting it happen, however Johnathan wouldn’t sit by allowing it to happen. She didn't let her parents' discomfort stop her from being herself.
    She showed confidence at times and she grew stronger with Johnathans love. The relationship between Jonathan and April was empowering and healthy, although the huge age gap didn’t get a mention which surprised me.
    Overall this was an empowering read that featured a plus-size heroine that formed a strong relationship. It's a great book for those looking for a quick, easy read in this genre.

April (FMC), a curvy cam girl, needs a room to rent, and boom, now you have a close age gap, forced proximity trope. So where does the “daddy” come in? April’s online persona is an “untouched librarian” that reads dirty romance books to her viewers. She then meets a mystery man online that is into the whole “daddy” talk, and the steam soars. And it’s only 71 pages! Margot Scott packs in so much in such a short amount of time. Readers will want “Daddy Bod” to be longer. The great news is this is only Book 1 of 4 of the series.

    April is 19, a full time student, and has a toxic home environment. Her stepmom is a Royal biotch who constantly fat shames April and her dad is pretty much an enabling doormat.     This is the first time I have read anything by this Author and it won't be the last I really enjoyed this book. I loved how April wasn't a push over and stood up to her Stepmom it's just a shame her Dad never stood up for her but at least she had Jonathan. Although this book is very predictable it's still a good read.
