4.5 stars Dance with Me by Kristen Proby with was Proby genius and then some! Dance with Me is an extension of Proby's With Me in Seattle series; the series that launched her career.  Starla, the Pop Superstar learned of in Breathe with Me as the Meredith was dancer on her tour and Levi Crawford is the brother of Wyatt Crawford from Stay with Me and Jace Crawford from Love with Me; having said all of that this book partially thanks to a smoking hot prologue can be read completely standalone. Now if you have read this series you are going to love this book even more as Proby transports the read back to Seattle and the world so many readers have come to love.Starla and Levi are both adults with demanding careers and the mutual respect they show for each other added for me to sexually chemistry which was off the charts. Starla's backstory will tug at your heart and really allows the reader to understand her. Levi, oh, Levi I challenge a romance reader to not fall in love with him. He is a fabulous balance of alpha, strong and protective while somehow still being respectful of all Starla has built. In what I have come to expect and love about a Proby book the reader get to witness the developing relationship, Starla and Levi spend time together; they get to know each other; they learn to operate in the other space. Oh and speaking of being together; the use of Levi's brothers and Starla's connection to Meredith was really well done. The encounters and dialogue added to the story.I will not tell you how these two find happy but I will say the happy was so perfect for them! I hope Kristen Proby continues to write in this world and it feels like returning home....

    I like how this series keeps building and drawing you in with fresh stories, but stays true to the beginning. I love these families and their dynamics with each other. This is the story of older brother Levi Crawford and the music sensation Starla. When they meet in book 2 of the Crawford series, he does not know who she is, then they have that one night together and then she ghosts him. You will find out why. You will also find out how his skills as a police officer/detective are very valuable.

    Levi Crawford is a Seattle Police Detective, he knows Matt Montgomery through both the job and their merging families. When the whole crew attends one of Starla's concerts when she does a show in Seattle, there's instant chemistry between the cop and the pop star.

    After grieving her late fiance for the past 5 years, meeting Levi and having an amazing night with him makes her feel again for the first time since her loss. But their night together brought out feelings for Starla that she never even had for her late fiance, and she ignores every call and text Levi sends her after that night. Months later, she's suffering from dizziness and headaches for no reason so her doctor demands a 3 month break from her schedule.

    Starla goes to Seattle to see Meredith and Jax and rents Natalie's old home while she's there. When Levi sees a car in Natalie's driveway, his brother, Wyatt tells him that Starla is living there for a few months, so he pays her a visit. She apologies for ghosting him after their night together. Then he tells her to be ready for a date that night.

    While going through her email, she gets a detailed death threat along with pictures of her shopping in town with Meredith and she panics. Lia calls Levi for help and he's happy to help her with her stalker. The chemistry between them is off the chart, Levi knows he's in love with her, but Starla is afraid to let him in and lose him like she did her fiance.

    Meanwhile, her stalker is getting very bold and needs to be stopped. Will Levy find who it is in time?

    Dance With Me is the 12th book in Kristen Proby’s With Me In Seattle series. Each of the books can be read as a standalone, but I would recommend reading this series in order. You will want to meet all the characters in this series. Each person you meet plays such a big part in other storylines. This story is told in Dual POV. I thought the flow and pace of the story worked perfectly. And as I have said before….I LOVED Starla and Levi. They were perfectly matched. This is a couple you will want to meet.

    In this story we follow the journey of Starla and Levi. Starla we have seen before in other books in the series. She is close friends with Meredith (who is married to Mark) and Jax (owns a dance studio with Meredith) So when Starla is feeling run down and dizzy, her doctor tells her she has to take a 3 month vacation. So Starla goes to Seattle to stay. Levi is on the Seattle PD. He is the oldest brother of Wyatt and Jace ( we met them in books 10 & 11) Starla and Levi met before at one of her concerts and the connection was instant and off the charts. But when she ghosts him Levi is slightly upset. Now with Starla staying in Seattle for some time, Levi is determined to confront her about their past. Can these two get over the past and find happiness? What happens when some one from Starla’s life causes trouble?? Can they find their HEA?? Read this wonderful story to find out.

    Again I LOVED seeing all of the past characters from this series. These stories always make me feel like I am coming home. I also loved the little surprise Kristen added in this story ;) You need to read it to see what I am talking about.

    If you are looking for that down home, sweet, and sexy read with a little bit of suspense to keep you guessing, this is the book to read!! I would HIGHLY recommend this series to ALL romance lovers.

    ‘Dance With Me’ is a great read. I have loved the ‘With Me In Seattle’ series since the very beginning and it still draws me in from beginning to end. Starla and Levi are so hot together.

    I particularly loved the characters. Levi was patient and protective of Starla. While she learned to trust and open up about herself for the first time.
    Of course it was not without a few twists and turns as expected from Ms Proby...

    I loved seeing some of the characters from previous books. Another girls night out with Jax that was lots of fun. A visit to Montana, that has me wanting to look into the Big Sky series.

    The ladies in the ‘With Me In Seattle’ series are always a hoot. If you are a huge fan of this series or really just getting started you will enjoy ‘Dance With Me’.

    Kristen Proby will always be a one click no questions asked author for me and ‘Dance With Me’ just affirms why thats the case.

    I like the with me series but I m not sure if the last 3 book did it for me . There is something missing or it s to much of the same .
    In this one it s predictable , girl in danger , cop to save the day but it feel roboticly written .
