Another brilliant love story
The two ladies have done it again for me. A ‘chance’ meeting between two hot MCs, a healthy dose of angst, friends and family who can’t keep their nose out of the MCs’ business and you have a story that sizzles and cracks off the pages. I could not put this one down, I had to find out how Kieran would get his man back. Now I can’t wait to read part three, the HEA. ❤️

    Sooooo hard NOT to absolutely adore Bash and Kieran.

    So. Hard.

    But as for how things have progressed since we last saw Bash and Kieran.

    I have to say, I’m really enjoying how everything has been working out thus far. I like how they re-connected and just how open they are with each other, even if some things to take a little prodding. And though things are moving at a faster pace, it doesn’t feel rushed. They see each other for who they are and that’s what attracts them to each other.

    As for the ending. Again, it isn’t a true “OM...” type of ending, but it is an honest one and a good place to end this chapter because what looks to be coming next deserves it’s own book. So, yeah, not upset by that ending at all and I am totally looking forward to seeing just how everything turns out for them.

    And then there are the supporting cast of characters. It really was a lot of fun to catch up with the South Haven crew and just see how their relationships ~ romantically and platonically ~ have evolved and the Bailey’s are always a joy (Though Henri will always be my fav :))

    But now to wait for the conclusion!

    This is another entertaining chapter in the romantic lives of hottie, Lt. Firefighter Kieran, and outrageously, cheeky CEO Bash. I enjoyed this lighthearted, a bit sweet, charming, sexy tale and all the quirky characters. What I would have liked more is Kieran’s & Bash's actual interactions instead of glossing over the time they spent together. Though, I did especially enjoyed the antagonist getting his comeuppance.     Oh I just love this continuing love story of Kieran and Bash! Book 2 picks up right where book 1 left off and it takes a little time, and lots of caring friends and family members, to get Kieran and Bash in the same place so they can talk and clear up the misunderstandings. I think that's what I loved most about this book, the communication, the honesty, the conversations, the feelings,, all done so well. It was just so enjoyable watching as Kieran and Bash fall in love. I just adored all Bash's friends and revisiting everyone from South Haven. It was so much fun when they all hung out together and joked with each other and wanted to protect Bash. I just had a sappy smile on my face so much of the time while I was reading. We also get more time with Kieran's family, which was fabulous too! This was just such a feel-good, swoony, smoking hot book that I just loved! I cannot wait for book 3 to read the conclusion to this wonderful love story!

    So swoony! A beautiful romance develops and grows as Bash and Kieran let the love flow.

    Book two picks up where book one left us hanging. Bash has gone back home to South Haven to a life without Kieran. Life without him is sad and lonely.

    Kieran is reeling because he had no idea that Bash went back home or why. There is only one way to find out…he’s going to South Haven to get his man.

    As far as grand gestures go, Kieran hit a home run. What better way to show that you are all in than to fly cross country and lsy your heart on the line.

    This was such a wonderful part of their story. Once they sort out their issues, the sexy times flow and we get showered in an abundance of sweet and love filled moments.

    I enjoy this couple so much. It’s fun and sexy. Witnessing their relationship grow and change has been such a joy. I look forward to the conclusion as I impatiently wait for book three.
