    Book 2 of this series allowed me to escape into this suspenseful tale. These characters are inspiring! The intense heat between Lotte and Anafasly had me imagining what that would look like if played by actors. The written word has such power, it would be hard to call to mind someone with the intensity of Anafasly. The challenge facing Lotte and other supernatural divisions is extreme, dark, and wickedly dangerous and this author skillfully had me gobbling up the pages! Gleefully awaiting more! All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

    This is full of mystery and suspense.
    Lotte is on a mission to locate Voitsekh when he does not come into work and his coach license gets suspended.

    Lotte Freundenberger is working to get the business that she runs out of the gutter. After a scandal that nearly sunk them behind her previous boss, now she’s working to get them back on stable ground. Not an easy task, but she believes that with time their tennis coaching can make a comeback. As long as there is no more bad publicity. However, when the Tennis Association makes some sudden changes it leaves not just Lotte but one of her coaches behind the eight ball. Things only get worse when said coach, Voit, turns up missing. The thing is…he’s not the only supernatural who has mysteriously disappeared. Lotte herself is almost a victim of abduction but narrowly escapes. Someone is abducting supes and trying to alter their powers. Lotte is in a race against time to find Voit, bring him home and stop whoever is out there doing these heinous acts.
    Darkening Moon is a paranormal mystery with romance woven in by Gaja J. Kos. This story is written in the first person. This story can be read as a standalone, but I personally recommend that you start from the beginning as this is book two. Lotte is an engaging character and a werewolf. I love that she is a tennis coach. This story is engaging from start to finish. Lotte is a tennis coach working to get the business back in the positive light after what happened previously. The negative light that people view her and her people in is frustrating. The author moves forward with this story, but goes back and touches and hints at things that have happened in the previous book. This is the first book that I have read in this series. I enjoy the variety of characters that the author gives the reader in this book. We get weres, immortals, gods, vampires and demons plus some surprises. I didn’t want to put this book down.
    There is nothing that I don’t like about this book. While the author says that this book can be read as a standalone, this is not something that I personally recommend. The author goes back and touches on/talks about things that happened in a previous book/time and you honestly will no idea what happened unless you’ve read that particular story. Other than the touch backs the author does this story is truly engaging as Lotte strives to be a good tennis coach and focus on her prodigies to trying to find her friend and fellow coach and bring him back safely. Also, she has a lot of juggling to do when it comes to her love life.
    I am rating this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. There are little to no editorial issues in this story and the author does an excellent job staying focused on the storyline. This story is engaging from start to finish and one that I believe other readers will enjoy. Just make sure you read the first book in this series before jumping into this book. I think that it will help to better pave the way for this book to follow.

    Gaja J. Kos loves to shake things up. Lotte has a new lover and Melina is fine and fun. Now that the last scandal has passed, Lotte is now in charge of the gym and all of the paperwork involved. One would think that this would keep her nose out of trouble...nope. One of her coaches goes missing and when Lotte tries to track him down she ends up in the middle of a whole lot more.

    Kos has this way of taking something simple and then complicating the hell out it. It is freaking awesome! The mystery was gross and fantastic. It was scary and some parts really cut-throat.

    Then in the middle of it Kos throws Lotte a humdinger of a personal twist. I actually don’t know what I think of it.

    Darkening Moon is a dark mystery with lots of heat. The twins make an appearance as do some other family members. Plus we get to see Lotte in Isa’s arms again. I cannot wait for the next Moon.

    I have fell in love with this awesome book. It is book 2 in the series and I fell in love with the series. This author has become one of my favorite authors cause she made me feel like I living it instead of just reading it. If you but this book you definately will not be disappoionted. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

    This suspenseful read was gripping and full of action & had me on the edge of my seat! I adore the kick ass female lead who manages to keep her humour & is bold & brassy at Times! Tons of action, mystery and intrigue as well as some hot and sexy scenes! As this is book 2 you will greet old characters as well as meet new characters , I have to say this is a series I would recommend!

    This book is pure & perfect escapism. The suspense is kept me on the edge of my seat, I just couldn’t get through it quickly enough. Lotte & Anafasly are both well-developed characters with chemistry hot enough to scortch. The challenges faced by Lotte seem, at times, insurmountable but she retains her inner strength & wonderful sassiness & humour.
