    This is a great finale to the Empire State of mind series, we get more peeks into what's going on with the previous books characters and we get a new couple, Paloma and Sam falling in love. They had already met and had a scorching kiss, but she has issues about being 10 years older than Sam and the distance between NYC and Jimmy Cricket doesn't help. Will they overcome their issues? Read this story you will like it the way I did ...but my advice is read the hole 5 books in this series by order and you'll love it.

    Paloma Blumenthal, pushing 40 and owner of Dove and Dahlia flower shop is content in her single life. She is busy, has a great staff and is known as a good boss, a great friend and wonderful florist. When Paloma travels to Jimmy Creek to deliver and set up the flowers for a wedding she meets Sam and sparks fly. But their age difference is too much for Paloma to accept. Returning to the city, things begin to fall apart for Paloma. From a disgruntled client who is spreading her unhappiness with Paloma to all who will listen, a parking enforcement officer who takes pleasure in ticketing her vehicle and a break-in, Paloma is ready to run away. Is Paloma willing to uproot her life in the city and take a chance at love? This has been a wonderful, thoughtful, sweet and romantic series and I will be sad to see it end. This is my honest, voluntary review of an advanced reader copy of this book.

    I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Welcome back to Jimmy Creek. This is a sweet love story between Paloma and Sam. They have a lot of chemistry between them. She was hesitant mainly because she was older. Sam knew what he wanted and age did not factor for him. Their story has humor, a little drama, great characters and of course love.

    We hear the story and adventures of a successful florist with her business in New York City. She says she will never get married and that she prefers being alone.
    Then a wedding gig takes her to the Catskills and the Jimmy Creek Resort.
    You will enjoy this story of an unlikely romance and where it takes her.
