    Luke and Morgan are in a friends with benefits relationship. When feelings come in to play one steps back. When they finally see what they mean to each other its amazing. Until both their past comes and rear seat its ugly head and forces them to face it fast and it becomes ugly. Will they be able to have what they want or will it fizzle out?
    This book is emotional, happy sad, and has twist and turns you won't see. Can't wait to read the next one. I received an advanced copy for an honest review

    This is the third book in the series. Morgan is a police detective, being stalked by her boyfriends ex-girlfriend. Luke is an ADA and doesn't think he deserves love. I loved getting to know them and catching up with everyone from previous books. This is a must read, get your copy today.

    I liked the story. It held my attention. I wish there was a bit more steamy scenes…it was more sweet romance and less spicy romance than I was hoping for. And although I loved the idea of the big family there were just so many characters that I had a terrible time keeping track of who was who, how they were all actually related or acquainted. It made the story harder to follow.

    Deadly Past had an amazing storyline that I completely enjoyed reading and it was amazingly written. K.L. Humphreys has the amazing ability to write so much detail into her stories and to capture the emotions so incredibly well of her characters. It is evident that the characters were meant to be with the extraordinary way that the author is able to write the relationship between the main characters with so much chemistry.

    I was intrigued by Luke form the first book in the deadly series and I desperately wanted to know more about this character. I got my wish in this book because I found out everything I wanted to know about this sexy alpha male. Luke was so protective of the people he loves and especially the woman that he falls for Morgan. He makes me smile with the way that he is with her.

    Morgan brought out so much emotion in me with the pain and disappointment that she has endured in her life. But I love the strength that she continually shows throughout the story and through everything she endures throughout the story. I admire the strength and resilience that she continues to hold throughout the events in the story.

    Deadly past is the third book in the Deadly series and is about the relationship between Morgan and Luke who are currently in a friend with benefits relationship. Things seem pretty simple at the start but when one develops feelings for the other will things still remain simple.

    K.L Humphreys has continued to write amazing stories about characters that I love reading about. I cannot wait to read what this author will bring out next and to find out what will happen next in this series. If you haven’t read this series then you are missing out on an amazing series.

    This one was ok. I mean it wasn't bad by any means, but I feel that the first two books had more "humph" to them! The characters and story wasn't bad and I'm glad that in every book so far, we still get the goings on of the previous characters as well! I really like this series and I can't wait to read more!

    Morgan and Luke......excuse me why my ovaries do a little dance.

    This story had me hooked from the beginning. I connected strongly with Morgan. Disappointment has been an emotion she is very used to and i am sure alot of us relate to that. Your heart shatters on her behalf. She is an amazingly strong lady through the endless turmoil she endures. You cannot help but admire her strength and determination through all the crazy events that takes place in this action packed novel.

    Luke is quite frankly drool worthy. I love how protective his character becones throughout and the emotion that literally seeps out of the pages and embeds itself in your heart. We all deserve our very own Luke who will walk through fire for you.

    I have been dying for this book since Deadly Hunt and Deadly Obsession. Boy it met my expectations and more. There are times you want to jump into this book and throttle certain people. What i mean by throttle is a swift kick in the face or something similar haha. But thats the sign of a great book right? A book that make you feel is a book very well written. It was quite simply stunning and this still remains one of my all time favourite reads. I absolutely adore it. So if you hadnt quite got the message, this series is an absolute must read from me!

    So far this series has been off the hook with action, passion and a whole lot of pain. This book by far has language that is less colorful and of course that matters to some (I have to say it doesn't stop me from reading a book but I sure do enjoy a read with less cursing and f bombs). This one flows along side the first 2 stories in the series but the author does a great job of not being repetitive with the information, just a quick note to keep you in the loop. Luke gets his story and of course it has some action thrown in not only from the chase that's going on but with the return of Sophie's deranged sister. Yup the action is full on here along with the chemistry and mishaps these two experience. This time the danger is one they know and with everything that's been going on emotions and nerves are stretched to the max. This one is also more about the baggage these two have from their past and working through them. With the support of the entire team there's going to be a little damage done after all that's part of the draw. Can't wait to read more from this author.

    This Author knows how to pull us Readers in and Not let go, talk about hooked, addicted, Obsessed!

    Morgan.. it’s Hard not to connect with her she has had lots of disappointment in her life, but she’s strong and faces everything head on, I really commend her strength.
    And the Hot Luke, I wondered how his story was going to go ( after reading the last book) and wasn’t disappointed, he is so protective, I love that, he can come protect me anytime he wants Ha Ha

    An action packed, hot read with a fabulous storyline

    Anyway all in all this book ( and series) is a must read and I’m sure if you read book one first your gonna be hooked just like I am.

    This series has been excellent reading, gripping plots and great characters.
    Morgan and Luke's relationship isn't all-encompassing. It's a friends with benefits tale that turns into more...when they actually stop fighting the attraction and all the dramas that surround them!
