The only reason for the 4 stars was the ending got really complicated and there was so much crud going on it became difficult to remember the nitty gritty details which became important to understand what was going on and who was who. And by the end I got the idea of what was happening but it just seemed too complicated. Still needed to keep reading as I was invested and wanted to see what happened.

    I thought Doctored Vows was outstanding but wow, book 2 lives up to the hype. I loved this story of Zoya and Andrik. Thank you Shandi for giving Zoya her own book. It was a roller coaster ride which I would willingly by tickets to again and again. Loved how book 1 and 2 entwined. Just when you thought you knew which way the storyline was heading. You were flipped faster than an hourglass. I suggest if you want to see what fuss is about this book. Then please go read it. I have read a number of Shandi Boyes books now. I recommend them to anyone

    This is similar to my review of the first book.
    I've never left a review before now, but it's really bugging me... Again, the storyline is just what you want, and I understand wanting to leave it until the end for the big reveal, but it's really badly written.
    I did doubt myself after the first book, and thought perhaps I was just confused but after reading this one, it's so obvious. There is no explanation, your stuck trying to guess what the writer means and it doesn't explicity tell you what they're implying. It just doesn't make sense (to me, amyway).
    I'm trying to leave this without any spoilers, so it may not make any sense right now. To be honest, I think two stars is rather generous. I just love the story line.

    This is the second book I have read from the author. Whilst the first book was about Zoya's friend it did not have a POV. This one had a POV which I liked. This book I found was a bit all over the place too much going on and at some points I was a little confused. It seemed everything came out in the last two chapters. I persevered with reading and enjoyed the spicy scenes but not sure about this book.
