    Good book! Good plot! Lots of details and good spicy scenes! The only reason for the 4 stars was the ending got really complicated and there was so much crud going on it became difficult to remember the nitty gritty details which became important to understand what was going on and who was who. And by the end I got the idea of what was happening but it just seemed too complicated. Still needed to keep reading as I was invested and wanted to see what happened.

    This book did have a good plot I liked the relationship between the main characters. it had angst and it was spicy, but honestly it had way too much going on. And so many details left out. What's the deal with ano? Is Annabelle really her sister, what's her parentage? And did she really get inseminated at 16? What happened to the fake mom? Who is Henry and how did that hospital thing play out? We need further details of zoyas past. Who were the higher players in the group? There are so many details missing I had a hard time keeping the story straight in my head, and when the story went squirrel at one point I had to keep rereading it to understand what was happening. I'm a very avid reader but this one had my brain going huh?

    Andrik and Zoya's story is just amazeballs. These two are smoking hot together and their chemistry is off the charts. I just loved this book. This book wasn't just a love story, it was filled with mystery and intrigue. Shandi Boyes hit it out of the park with this one. I liked how interconnected this book is with Doctored Vows, and that you get the missing pov from the last book. I loved how possessive and protective Andrik was about Zoya. This series just keeps getting better and I for one can't wait to see what happens next. I look forward to book 3 in 2025.

    I thought Doctored Vows was outstanding but wow, book 2 lives up to the hype. I loved this story of Zoya and Andrik. Thank you Shandi for giving Zoya her own book. It was a roller coaster ride which I would willingly by tickets to again and again. Loved how book 1 and 2 entwined. Just when you thought you knew which way the storyline was heading. You were flipped faster than an hourglass. I suggest if you want to see what fuss is about this book. Then please go read it. I have read a number of Shandi Boyes books now. I recommend them to anyone

    This is similar to my review of the first book.
    I've never left a review before now, but it's really bugging me... Again, the storyline is just what you want, and I understand wanting to leave it until the end for the big reveal, but it's really badly written.
    I did doubt myself after the first book, and thought perhaps I was just confused but after reading this one, it's so obvious. There is no explanation, your stuck trying to guess what the writer means and it doesn't explicity tell you what they're implying. It just doesn't make sense (to me, amyway).
    I'm trying to leave this without any spoilers, so it may not make any sense right now. To be honest, I think two stars is rather generous. I just love the story line.
