5.0 out of 5 stars Useful in many contexts
I am not a criminologist, but I work with people every day. I found the book very useful in helping me listen more carefully to what people are saying and understanding the nuances in what they are communicating. The author clearly knows his stuff and I recommend this book to a wider audience than just those directly involved in criminal investigations.
