    Great story. Loved the new shifter angle. Sea dragons. This story wasn’t about fated mates but an accidental pregnancy resulting from a one night stand. That lead her to seek out the father for either assistance or proof to get govt help. Lottie comes upon Eiric, mikkels brother and learns that the father of her twins is dead. Eiric is broody and aloof and is wary of Lottie. As someone who has always kept to himself die to all the secrets you could understand why. Loved watching the slow burn of them coming to a friendship and their growth of feelings. Loved how once eiric saw the babies he was all in to help and care for them. Then we get some family drama as well as prejudices over Lottie being human but eiric stands his ground by the woman he loves. And the mother of his brothers babies. Some craziness ensues and then They get a HEA. But we do get left wondering questions about who will come for more vengeance and what about magnus. Can’t wait.

    It was a very short, cute and low angst shifter book.

    Though it was short it didn’t feel rushed. The FMC is trying to get child support from her one night stand or have him sign off rights. She doesn’t find him but his brother who lets her know he’s dead. When the brother finds out that he has a niece and nephew. He knows he needs to help because most likely the kids will shift soon. In the midst of helping the FMC, they fall in love.

    This can be read as a standalone but the underlying issue does not get resolved. I’m excited for book 2 which continues with the oldest brothers story.

    This was just a great paranormal romance for me. Sea dragons - ok I would have enjoyed more shifting. And am I correct that the sea dragon form is merely clothes for the human, not a living, breathing entity like where some shifters house two souls? A mysterious grouping of Norway Islands that no satellites will ever find? Witches - ahhh! There was the mention of trolls also.

    This was just great. I so look forward to reading more by this Author. Thank you.

    I read this one quickly, always looking forwards to tucking myself into bed to read some more each night. I fell in love with Lottie’s character (and for reasons unknown to me, pictured her in my head like a young Monica Lewinsky). This was my first fantasy book with Sea Dragons. My only gripe would be that there could have been more to this story: more on Mikkel’s last night; more on the beef with then witches. Still deserving of 5 stars due to the ease of the read, but really wanted to know everything.

    This is the first in a series of two books set in Norway. It is a steamy paranormal romance that has an HEA. I enjoyed reading this book featuring sea dragons and witches. I thought it flowed well and had a great storyline.

    Lottie is a nurse, she is a mother of twins, a surprise pregnancy as a result of a one night stand. She tries to search for their dad but finds his brother instead. But Eiric and his family have a big secret, they are sea dragons! There is plenty of action and drama, she has to navigate a new world for her children and her feelings for Eiric.

    This is the first book I’ve read from the author and I will definitely read more, starting with Eiric’s brother, Magnus and his story.
