    I was hooked from the beginning! The storyline is so well developed. The flow from scene to scene is seamless. I couldn’t wait to see where Alta was going with each scene. The build up is intense and then suddenly you are at the top and you are just as affected as the characters in the book. This is a very intense twisting plot. I loved it and the characters. The chemistry is intense between the two main characters. Quinn and Axel are perfect for each other but can they overcome the dark that is seeping into their relationship. I loved going on this ride with these two. You have to read the book to find out if there can really be an HEA in this book! I recommend this book!

    I am feeling a little conflicted over this story. I had no idea and to be honest, I really am not sure if this book is a NA or Coming of Age genre. The characters are pubescent and wide eyed, and it reads as it is a pre-adult story.

    At any point my conflict is this; if this is in fact a NA or Coming of Age, I am concerned that this book may convey an undermost message that may give the wrong impression to a naive reader. Throughout the whole story it romanticizes the entire drug and party scene, and unmindfully speaks about doing drugs. The ease at which the heroine accepted the drugs given to her is distressing and the indifference is disconcerting.

    I am not unschooled, and would consider myself a veteran to this type of life. There is not much that I have not seen or done, and I am not trying to criticize or be hypocritical, it is just my personal opinion that the author should have either taken that step to make this a hardcore adult novel, or if wanting to leave it as a Coming of Age, toned down the drug conformity.

    While this is an amiable love story about two adolescents and the struggles and inexperienced relationship decisions that young adults make, regrettably I find the book a bit elementary and youthful for my taste.

    Quinn is a good girl and not into the party goer scene. As she starts to research her book idea she turns her sights on Axel. Axel is the famous bad boy drug dealer in the club scene. Sparks fly when they first lock eyes. As the book goes on Axel really grows on you to a very swoony guy. He realizes what he finally wants and is ready to find more. Quinn is slowly pulled into the world and you just want to yell no you don't need to do that to get your guy. But she has secret that can change the course of this delicate relationship. A relationship that ran fast, hard and hot. Can one little slip up end it all or will it create that scar and possibly end it all? This was an amazing book. I loved the growth of both Quinn and Axel coming into their own and as a couple. Now I want a bad boy Axel of my own.

    This book didn't feel dark enough for a drug dealing night club promoter. It was kind of cheesy drug dealer falls for virginal good girl . I thought It was a two book duet about Axel and Quinn it's nnot. Quinn's writing a book about Axel in secret he finds out and is crushed they break up for like two weeks then bam there back together and he's buying her a house and asking to get married after one night of make up sex.
