I’ll be honest here and say that this cover is what won me over on this one. I. Love. This. Cover. 💗 Julie Capulet is new to me. She wrote a dreamy, smexy, insta-love that just hit the spot. I’m a mood reader and my job is pretty stressful, so my favorite romance was what this one was. Great chemistry and I loved how much they wanted each other. This whole family seems interesting and Im intrigued. This is only book one of a series and Im excited about book two. I highly recommend if you just want to escape for while.     Devil's Angel is the first book in this brand-new series and my first ever read from the author. What I liked about this book is the world building. One would instantly fall in love and get lost with how the author described the lush, beautiful tropical paradise setting. It made me feel like I'm living that world with the characters.

    Knox and Cassidy's love story will be better described as written in the stars, love at first sight, insta-love kind of thing. There was no stopping these two, even with the supposed "curse" looming on them that was, thankfully, resolved later. I'm hoping that the next book will be about Wolf and Vivi. I'd love to read how those two will fare given their opposing personalities. This was an enjoyable read and perfect for fans of this trope.

    Powerful, passionate, all-consuming. Those are just a few words that describe this gorgeous love story between Knox and Cassidy. I finished days ago and I’m still thinking about these two. Their chemistry, their bond, the intoxicating need to be together, no matter the cost.

    Their meet-cute wasn’t so…cute. It was quite intense, dangerous, almost fatal actually. But it seemed to only bring them closer. Their first moments together were swirling with emotions, full of heart-pounding goodness, and immediately bursting with so much love.

    I couldn’t get enough. I wanted to live inside this story. And at times, I felt like I was.

    The seductiveness of this story made the pages snap crackle and pop beneath my fingers. The intensity of certain scenes made my heart beat a little bit faster. The burning desire between Knox & Cassidy sizzled, and I swear flames were coming off the pages.

    I. Felt. Everything.

    From the flutters in the belly to the love at first sight. From the instant attraction to the lusty thoughts. From the WANT to the NEED to the inexplicable pull toward each other.

    Julie never disappoints. I can always count on her to give me a Hero to daydream about and a heroine I’d like to be. Knox was absolutely magnificent and he made me so badly want to be the one he couldn’t live without. I fell for him. Hard.

    Not only were the main characters utterly amazing, but the entire cast of this story was equally intriguing and lovable and made me want to know them more…intimately.

    I’m anxiously awaiting for more of this series. Why? Because surely, Julie will rock my socks off again and again with the other books, exactly like she did with this one. I’m ready…bring it.
